I am not like a supreme expert, but what I have been doing is make site I only fill to the bottom of the cup, them put the cap on using my mouth while gently sucking air in. I am sure I look goofy as hell, bit I haven't had a problem since I started doing it that way. Hope this helps.

I tried this, still didn't work, either I get huge air bubble or juice leaking out the bottom, its a problem because I have the 1.5 ml version so i'm getting maybe 45 minutes of vape time.

just fill to the bottom of the ceramic cup and don't worry about bubbles. i dont have the small vision yet but my experience with any ce2 type is you dont want to fill past the bottom of the cup and there will be some bubbles - you just cant keep it filled all the way all the time. when mine gets down to like 1/4 or less i top it off but only fill it like 80%. i've had the same one on part time rotation for so long (weeks) i forget and its still working fine. do have to blow it out every now and then otherwise its great lol
hope this helps

OH i see. huh i'm not sure. with the the bigger one since i dont fill to the top i cant tell if there is more air getting in there when i put the top on or not. lots of times it gets gurgley after i fill it (and not putting juice in the air tube) i think the extra little air might be pushing a little juice through the wick. perhaps this is more a pronounced problem with the smaller carts but i havent seen it as a problem with the larger ones...
perhaps put a carto condom over the bottom to seal it before you fill / replace the top - the juice might stay in the cart if it doesn't have anywhere else to go...
hope that helps
oh also make sure when you put on the mouthpiece that you dont cover the hole in the mouthpiece with your finger. this greatly increases the piston effect because your trapping more air that could escape through the hole.

i don't think i'm covering the mouthpiece, this is like a massive bubble, like half the chamber ends up as air. this vision thing works really well, just would like to be able to fill it up. it does leak out the bottom, that doesn't bother me too much as i can clean that up, but it still leaves this massive bubble.

this is different than a ce2, there are no bubbles before I put on the cap, the cap is sealed so it forces air in, only an issue with visions, ce2 doesn' thave this issue.

no your having this issue, it happens with both, and when you start to learn how to use them easier you wont have this issue. you can avoide the issue, its not like everytime you lace the mouth peace on you cause this issue, i can repeat it over and over again and not get the issue or i can not pay attention sometimes and get the issue. either way its not really a issue, place the mp on and blow through it, when its done girlging if you overfilled it , it should be ready to, removing the mouth peace and placing it back on doesnt instantly cause a pressure build up rob

bout the same here - at what 3.5 mil it doesn't have to be all the way full ;)
might be a litter bit bigger deal on the smaller ones but i dont have one with that mouthpiece yet to know for sure. but my xl clearo ce2 types i dont fill to the top either... :2c:
:vapor:

ce2's are no problem, i'll try to take some pictures, maybe a video i could email to bad. maybe its because I have the small vision, I even was playing wit it at lunch, its empty and when I pull off the top and put it back on, you can still see the affect the pressure has.

Rob - I think I just figured out your problem. The cup seal might be too tight over the wicks thus the little slots for the wicks are not allowing the air to escape over the top as you push the tip on. This would explain why it floods every time as well. It's pushing your juice up and out through the wicks and down the air tube. But the strange thing is this air should be escaping up through the tip to begin with.

Just for the hell of it, try pulling the cup seal up just a touch to allow air to escape.

tried this, same problem, juice leaking out all over the place. I tried sucking hard as I put it on, that was a little bit better. but at any rate, its pretty much 1/4 of the tank is air.

I am having this problem too. Also when I refill I have to use a needle to get past the air bubble. If I use nipples, the juice won't force down beyond the bubble and juice fills the tube above the cup seal. Badkolo I did not understand your instructions at all. Otherwise these are great!

at least I"m not the only one. anxiously awaiting video to see how these work.
