Quick way to power off eVic?

Tried searching for it and coming up empty. I'm not liking the process of clicking the button 5 times, then scrolling through, finding the power off option, and hitting the button again every time I want to put it in my pocket. There has got to be a faster way, right?

I don't have an EVic but I have watched PBusardos reviews and from what I understand NO there isn't a quick power off function... One of Phils gripes was the menu system.

Unscrew the battery? I don't think there is any "quicker" way to shut it off.

That's funny !
I thought I was the only one doing that. But I had a 'dual reason'
1. To shut it off, and...
2. To put a little 'wear' on the threads, because mine came with the threads 'roughed up'.

Really, not to hard to navigate the menu...five clicks, two rights and click= off.
