The title makes me laugh.....Anyways, I am on day 32 of not smoking and using 6mg nic in an Aspire Atlantis setup. I was a pack a day smoker and I vape in the same pattern as I smoked except that I am finding the last few days that I am vaping a little less, I need to decrease my nic as it is hitting me a little harder now.

So now onto the reason for the post. The last couple of days I broke out in a hive I guess on my scalp that has since cleared but the skin on my scalp/head is really sensitive, and itchy.....maybe I am growing hair, LOL. My lymph nodes (I think they are lymph, right behind the ear lobe) are slightly swollen and painful when pressed and I have pimples showing up here and there, neck up. It's been a long time since I have had pimples, I don't remember them hurting like this. Lastly, my throat and chest is thick.

I know some of the symptoms probably sound like I have a cold but I've also read the threads here about the symptoms that may occur when quitting smoking. Have any of you experienced the symptoms I am mentioning? If so, how long do they last?

I do drink plenty of water, actually more than I used to since starting vaping. I am thinking some mucinex could be in order to help loosen me up? Any thoughts on that or is this simply the process and will take it's course.

Thanks for reading my ramblings.

Sorry guy but it is not good to give or take medical advice on this forum. You need to see a doctor. After all you can't check for a Medical license on the internet. If you are having trouble with drainage. I would for sure get that checked out you may have an allergy. Some folks have issues with PG and maybe some flavor components.

The throat and chest being thick sounds like too much VG to me. The rest... might oughta see a doc; it sounds like a lot of different stuff that might or might not be related to either quitting smoking, or vaping. I know that the stress of quitting smoking can bring on a lot of different things, but the thing about swollen glands... that sounds like there might be some kind of infection going on.
