When have most of you cut down to 0mg nic
Was it in big jumps and what was the last jump ?
I can imagin that cutting by half or some thing not so Drastic may never end (Ultimatly quitting by half will lead to smoking 0mg nic but it will draw out fo so long.
OK its a troll game and It is a simple minde exercise and it probably dosn't belong here but, I am new and well this may be an interesting way for some to Get some post counts (Not that thats hard or anything
) but it should be fun anyway.
lets say some of you are on 38mg/ml for the first two weeks
then you cut down drasticly by half (not that this would be effective, but for the Exercise)
your now Smoke 19mg/ml for the next 2 weeks
again you cut down by half this would be taking less out of your Consumption than the first cut down, but give your body some thing to have.
so now its 9.5mg/ml for the next 2 weeks (that 1.5 months gone)
cut down by half again and you are now on to 4.75 for the next 2 weeks thats 2 months
seems good yeah.
Cut that down by half again and now its 2.375mg/ml and 2.5 months later
seems like we are getting there, but we are taking less and less nicotine out of each cut down.
WHat would be the Logical jump that most or some of you are planing.
I am thinking
1/ controle the amount of times I vape in a day but keep it at 18mg for now. then go down by 2's each couple of months untill I reach about 4mg at this point I may just jump from there or Cut down by 1's untill 1mg and then go for .5mg
LOL it is just my beginner thoughts. and I am Happy I am thinking this way
