The white Mini....is that new to the ProVari Heard ? Is that a Pimped out Trident on the white Mini on the far left ?

Yes, the white mini with blue LED is the newest Provari. Yes on the Trident. FlavourArt just started up with the SnP tanks a week ago, and it only took 6 days from Bulgaria. Go figure. I use Tatroe's, Hippo V2's, Cingulum Compleo's, Kir Fanis, Twins, Kayfun Cones, etc. The Hippo V2 is the best thing for Carto's I've added recently, and the SnP tank is the bomb. Best carto tank out there, imho. I haven't blinged it out yet. All things considered, you can't beat the Provari Mini and a good carto tank setup, day in and day out. Best to you!

I tried quitting smoking about 2 years ago unsuccessfully with a weak ecig.

Money isn't an issue and I want to try a Provari or Provari Mini.

Could someone please help me and tell me what accessories, etc... I should be purchasing with it.

Tank, Juice, etc...

What should I be considering.

I am a 1 pack a day smoker of Parliament cigarettes.

Thanks in advance.

I stopped smoking after 30 years of 2.5 packs a day. The single most import part for me was it needs to be as close to my cigarette smoking experience as possible. I was a menthol smoker so i think it is easier to find a juice that works because the menthol hides a lot of the yuck factor you will come across in juices. When I ran out of my daily analog and smoked a different brand it got me through but it wasn't as satisfying. The same thing happens with the juice I use. For me it all about the nic getting to my brain. Once I get used to a juice trying something else starts the process all over again. Find a juice that will keep you from the analogs and the best delivery system will follow. Good luck on whatever you choose.

I have nothing to add about the ProVari. Lots of good info here. It's definitely a world apart from those cig-a-likes, which I tried and couldn't stop smoking using them either.

Juice is so subjective so samplers are good to start with. E-liquid | Electronic Cigarette | E Cig Liquid | Halo Cigs has lots of tobacco flavors, though trying other flavors is part of the fun.

Updated Provari pics with the GP SnP Tanks:

Provari SnP Dos.jpg

These are both Mini's. One in 18650, the other in 18490. The Silver uses Tatroes and the Hippo V2. The White uses the Kir Fanis extension cap with Hippo V2. There are a lot of options out there, and I enjoy "shopping" both for a Provari and "for the Provari." Enjoy!

So let me get this straight...if I get the Provari Mini, I should start with:

(1) Tatroe Extension Ring
(1) Tatroe Bottom Cap to go with Protank Clearomizer
(4) 18490 Batteries
Battery Charger

Should I get the Protank 2 or 3?

What will I have to be buying refills of besides ejuices?

Should I be going with PG or VG?

What ejuice might help make the easiest transition from smoking parliaments?

Thanks so much everyone......so much to take in but I have twin babies and NEED to quit.

I'd start with a ProTank 2, because it comes with the starter kit and Tatroe doesn't yet make a bottom cap for it yet. The heads/coils are also quite a bit less expensive. You will need Kanger heads/coils for the ProTank2.

I wouldn't go cheap on the juice. Higher PG wicks better and provides a somewhat better throat hit. I'd get a Halo Tobacco sample kit- on sale now 15% off and a couple samples of ProVape juice with the ProVari order. Hard to say what tastes like a Parliament. They taste like chemicals to me.

The ProTank 3.

The Tatroe cap allows for the right amount of airflow- for me- with a ProTank 2. It isn't airy like the stock caps and allows for airflow even when the tank is screwed down flush on a ProVari. They also look better and won't break off in the ProVari at the connection-

So besides ejuice....what refills will I be buying and how often?

Also, is the protank 2 the best idea for me?

Anything else I should look at?

The replacement heads for the Protank 2. They're under $2 a piece and it's really going to depend on which juice you settle on as to how long they hold up. A darker or sweeter juice is going to foul them faster than a lighter juice will. I'd get a pack of 5 at least to start with to see how you like them and how fast you go through them. And yeah, I'd say start with the PT2 and then maybe order another style, like a carto tank, just to see what you prefer.

You want something that tastes like a Parliament? To be honest, to me unflavored tastes like a super light cigarette- If I'm remembering what a Parliament tastes like.

You will need replacement coils/heads-

Kanger Protank eVod atomizer heads in 1.8 2.2 and 2.5 ohm for $5.79Sun-Vapers.com

If you get the ProVape kit, it comes with a ProTank 2, so I'd use it. I have 10 and like them.

I also have an IBTanked-

Complete Tanks

You will need to get replacement cartos for it- also sold on the IBTanked site.

Other than that, you should be good.

How much you go through of replaceable s depends upon how you vape.

What are the pros and cons of getting higher ohms vs lower ohms?

I prefer lower ohms- 1.8, 2.2, mostly because I like a more saturated, flavorful vape, which- for me, is best achieved with lower power- in the 3 volt range. Higher ohm coils can tolerate higher wattage, which can deliver a warmer vape and bring out certain types of flavors- like tobaccos. Until you figure out what works best, I'd go with something like 2.5 ohm, or in that range. They are pretty forgiving. You can burn juices easier in lower ohm coils.

You don't have to order all of that stuff right now if you don't want, you could just get the kit and four 18350 batteries and see how they work for you. You may find you don't want the bulk the extra length gives you, as I did.
I also don't see any gain ordering batteries and charger elsewhere, with the 10% off and free shipping, I can't see how you can gain anything.
As for juice recommendations, it's just too hard to say what you will like, taste is too subjective! I'll try a juice and taste this and that, "Tude will try it and taste something totally different and another person will taste something different than either one of us! The best thing I can tell you is to find a local vape shop that has a tasting area and try them all and find some you like. Then buy some of them, but not a lot! As you are just starting your taste buds will clean out and what you like this week, you may not next week. It's really in the first month or two you will notice a drastic change in your taste, then you can go back to the vape shop and start all over again. Once you get settled on something then you can search the forum for something close to that from one of the vendors here, or try the sample bottles as others have suggested. Yes, it sounds complicated, and it can be at first, but it's like oatmeal and raisin cookies vs. chocolate chip cookies, some people like one or the the other, some people like them both, but you don't know until you try them!

True, although RTD is having a sale too. You'd have to figure which would be cheaper I guess.

The provari is just a power pack; but from what people say you can't go wrong with a provari.

As for the tank, there are lots of cheap tanks out there and I would recommend you might as well buy a few.

You will likely be using the 510 interface between the provari and the tank.
So expect to get yourself a couple other spare 510 compatible tanks.
I currently use two different types of tanks that use the same protank compatible atomiser; you will be needing to change atomiser every week or two.

Protank 2 I would think.

I'd suggest a couple vision nano type clearos.

And by the sounds of it your big question would be on the eliquids; sounds like you want a strong nic mix which would be 18 to 22 mg range.

I'm looking forward myself to getting an ego-cc; relatively new on the market and seemingly the first one that is actually designed for airflow instead of the airflow being an afterthought.

50/50 PG/VG.
If you want more fog, use more VG; but if you use too much VG, you might get more burnt taste sometimes.
