Hey - At "My" Worst, especially when they are related to "My" Allergies/Sinus Condition - I got one in the sock with velcro wrapped around My Forehead, the one wrapped around the back of MY Head and the BIG one on the base of My Head at The Nape of My Neck . . . I look absolutely ridiculous, but then again I DO NOT CARE . . . AND - Talk About FREEZING THE S****ER . . . BTW: Usually It is the only time I can get a little sleep too (Sometimes a whole night ) . . .

Well, the headache is hangin' on, but it always does...the ice pack feels good from a general standpoint, though.

Oh, and I nearly sprained my ankle jumping up and down and doing the happy dance when I read an email stating that the Ecig Starter kit I bought on a Groupon for my best friend has shipped!!!
