Rate my vape!

Started with a cheap gas station ecig. Upgraded to a 510 mod after a bit of research. I'm still fairly new to this still. I DID purchase myself a Vivi Nova V3 tank though Currently vaping a CHEAP smokeshop "cherry" 100% VG 24MG E liquid and I'm still satisfied. More E liquids coming in the mail currently!


The point of this post though! Since I'm still fairly new to the technical aspects of vaping, how would you stay this setup is? Any comments and judgments wanted. I paid 25$ total after shipping and even got free E liquid with it and a couple extra cartos.

If that's the only battery you have, my suggestion would be to get another battery with extra cartomizers...

I would say you did very well. Hard to beat an 18650 and the kit said it came with two batteries. If not a spare would be nice. Good deal and way better than an ego in my opinion.

You have a big battery non variable voltage Tube Mod.
The positive side of this is that it was cheap and battery life will be great.
The negative side is the lack of versatility that non-variable voltage can't offer.

I recommend that everyone has at least one EGO Twist (and get an official Joyetech not a knockoff).

The most important thing is: is it working for you? If you are happy with the vape, then for a 2 cig kit running 18650 batteries and a charger you got a bargain. Can't say much about the actual unit as the site provides no technical info. I'm curious to know if it's a regulated voltage output or unregulated.

My advice: 3 batteries and two chargers is my bare minimum insurance comfort zone. You never want to be caught with only one working battery at hand. And no working charger at all is death to vaping. Since nothing there is proprietary - you can have your pick of 18650 batteries and a charger - you have a lot of options & pricing to pick from. Do get protected batteries for safety.

If it satisfies you and works, that's what matters. It should be a good backup as long as it keeps working. Once you're ready to upgrade, like others have said, vv capability is a huge bonus. When you can tailor your vape minute to minute so it tastes good, you'll never consider a single voltage pv again. But I'd suggest you consider it mission critical equipment when you're deciding on a upgrade.

Cheap juice? I stopped reading juice reviews, since bottom line is, do You like it. It may be inexpensive, but CHEAP, eh, if i like a .20c/ml taste over a 1.50$/ml gourmet juice.. so what

Definitely gonna purchase a variable volt or variable wattage device in the future. Still waiting on my juices in the mail and then I'll decide where I'm going as far as a device from there. Maybe the better juice is all I need and I won't even need an upgraded device. We'll see.

The "gotcha" here is that your new/better juices may need a different voltage than the liquids you are using now. For my first 8 months I kept things simple: Only using Dekang and IntelliCig liquids and that worked fine with fixed voltage eGo batteries. When I started trying out better stuff from The Vapor Room they tasted good, but it just seemed like there was more flavor in there to be had. The TVR liquids needed higher voltage. You night get lucky with what you ordered. Or you may be chasing after a VV device sooner than you think. A small change in voltage can make a huge difference in the flavor of some liquids.

Looks great to me. If it's keeping you off cigarettes I'd rate it a perfect "10". I wouldn't worry about variable voltage, at least for a while. The heads for the Vivi come in different ohms rating. You can get basically the same effect as turning up voltage by lowering or raising the ohms rating. It's what we all did before VV became so popular. I switched to vaping on a lot worse than you bought. You did well. No need to jump into a bunch of expense right off the bat. If it ain't broke........

I'm not saying you'll 'need' a vv device, I'm just saying that it would be a better use of your money when you get new kit. Like Rickajho points out, a small change in voltage can make a juice better or worse. A .3voltage change makes my current juice taste noticably different. As an example, ego-t vs a ego-t twist, get the twist. Everything else the same, you will see a difference as you dial in on that sweet spot.

Unless you're sorta like that baby on that cc commerical. "Do you want better taste?" "Nao!"

First thanks for your service, second if you are satisfied enough to stay off analogs then it is a ten. Just keep up the research, and move along as you feel the need. As far a variable volts don't froget the VV Gripper, should fit nicely in the BDU pocket, and packs an awesome punch for anything you throw on top.
