So I got some new atomizers before taking a weekend trip to six flags and to visit some family. I figured they'd last me a very long while since I've been able to make them last for well over 2 months each in the past...but apparently the vape gods did not smile. In one weekend I've burned through 4 of my 5 attys. The first that died was on a 5 volt setup, then I promptly ripped out my 5v mod chip and rewired it down to 3.7 (2x 14500 parallel). The rest were done at that lower voltage. No pop or overheat, they just stopped working at some point and never came back. No current is getting through, I'm guessing bad connection somewhere in them.

Has anyone else had this happen? Just go through a ton of atomizers in no time at all? Oh...my atty model is the joye 510. Kinda a new experience...and here I thought I had seen it all.

Yah, same time same vendor. Sent a message to em. Been trying to see inside via magnification and light to see if I can spot the problem with them but I just don't have the tech to peer through such a small hole. Need fiberoptic camera...

Kinda sucks...I'm too scared to use my passthrough or install the chip back into my box. (which I've rebuilt completely with a new battery box just to be safe) With only the 1 atomizer left...well...my only backup is an rn4081 atomizer from my first ecig...which is over a year old and fails hard.

If you're only using 3.7v they really should not be dying unless you recently switched to a type of juice that is destroying them. During my first week or so of vaping I ordered some bad juice from a bad vendor, it was particularly dark thick and sweet. It was good for my taste buds, but not for my atty.

Since then I have moved on to much better vendors. So, it might be your juice. What have you been using?

Nope...unfortunately they were multiple different juices that worked great on previous atomizers, so I'm still at square one. Started with mist-stix orange pg 24, ran out after 2 died, switched to cherry vg, the next 2 died on that. Both of these had been used for the last 3 months on another atomizer and it worked just fine the whole time.

I'm still leaning towards bad batch.
