The nicotine solution I currently have is 50/50% PG/VG. I have some coming in the mail that is, I think, 100% PG base. Now, I know that is probably a very huge mistake considering the fact that I think I may need to go with either mostly VG or 100% VG. I didn't consider that when I was going order-crazy.

Will it be possible for me to do a mix of around 20/80 PG/VG with my current 50/50% nicotine base? The calculators I've been trying to use won't allow me to do it. Also, will it be possible to use a very low percentage of PG while using a nicotine base of 100% PG (I have 1000ml of this ordered and shipped)?

Note that I have plain PG and VG that I can add to the mix as well.

Sorry, it's 60 mg.

Any addition of pure vg (no nic) to your 100% PG based 60 mg nic will not only affect the ratio, but the nic level. Since I vape 50/50, I do the same thing that you do that is: I order 100% PG base at 24 nic and add an equal amount of pure USP VG to obtain a 50/50 mix at 12 mg nic. As long as you understand that almost any % of PG/VG is possible by adding VG to your PG base BUT the nic level will drop, you are OK. You need to determine the nic level by the % dilution that you use. Example: You have 10 ML of 100% PG base at 60 mg nic. Then you add 5 ML of pure VG. You now have 15 ML of base (no flavoring) which is 70% PG and 30% VG 15ML/5ML = 30% VG and you have reduced the nic level by 30% or 60 X .70 = 42 mg nic. Using this method, you can never increase the nic level unless you add pure nic, but you can always reduce it. I understand you want to end up with a 20% PG/80%VG, so here is your calculation:

Start with lets say 50 ML of your pure PG base at 60 mg nic. Add 200 ML of pure VG for a total base of 250 ML (.20 times X = 50 solve for X by dividing 50 by .20 = 250) Now you have 250 ML of 20/80 PG/VG but what is you nic level? Well you added 80% more liquid so you have reduced your nic level by 80% or you end up with 60 X .20 = 12 mg nic. Again with a 20/80 final base starting with 100% PG you won't be able to reach more than a 12 mg nic level without adding pure nic.
