I have one of the new Raven Nest's and I have to say it is a beautiful looking tank. :w00t:

My problem is I keep getting dry hits :( I did put a few drops down the center tube like it says in the description and have had to do it a number of times. I really wanna love to vape this as much as I love to look at it.

What voltage/watts do you have your mod set at? and what kind of juice are you using?

70/30 on the juice & I have tried a range of volts from 3.3 on up. No mater what I get dry hits with in a few hits.
I even tried taking off the metal drip tip that comes with it and putting one of my well used plastic tip so see if it was not be use to the taste of juice over the metal. Took out my tongue stud even and still the nasty dry taste after a few hits.

any in the center, you want to be able to blow through it clean, place a napkin on the other end to catch any juice spray from blowing through it, this should actually get you going, it will push the threads upwards and remove any pressure that is building inside. im also testing ravens that are in the nests to make sure they are working in wider test base as the ones im using are fine as usual.
But i have had one here n there were it wasnt performing properly, i reset it as described above and the issue were resolved 9 out of 10 times

That I had tried, I do that with my DCT tank, well I try and plug the bottom hole while I do it with my DCT's.
Besides what Chris mentioned it may also be good to do dry pulls from time to time to prime things. That's where you 'suck' up as though you are vaping but you don't hit the fire button.

Working better know. Juice still does not taste right but it could be the change between a Nova & the Raven.

really? the nova can sometimes separate a juice ..smaller particles go through but larger ones stay in the tank ..etc.. .. have you tried your liquid in a dripping atomizer to see how it differs from the flavor you're getting from your raven?

I have some chocolate cherry juice I made that I cant vape in a raven for that reason. Starts off a tan color but towards the end of the first tank it gets really dark. If I keep using that juice in the tank for several refills it ends up so dark you cant see through it. I ran one tank through this last time then switched to a just cherry juice and after several refills on the cherry I still have a dark layer at the bottom of the tank that just wont seem to vape away. I even try mixing the tank up by shaking and all that but the darker stuff just stays in the tank. The chocolate cherry juice doesn't do this in the vapeonly bcc though and I haven't tried it in anything else as of yet as Im not sure it turned out very good lol

how long did you let your DIY mix / steep .. so far i've only had one juice do that with a raven..and it was fairly dark to begin with ...might just be a common thing with silica
