RBA/RDA Made in Texas - Can't remember

Hey All
I watched a video late the other night and can't remember the manufacturer. Individual builder located in Texas. The center post had a screw that divided the vapor and channeled it to the two coils. Anybody know which one this was? The video was my the maker, shot in his kitchen.
