I'm getting a rebuildable atomizer, mainly for trying new diy flavors and vaping around the house. I'm looking at the Igo-L. My questions are what size wire, size of silica wick, should I pick up some ss mesh(will it be easier to clean) and do I need an atomizer/cartomizer resistance meter or will a multimeter work fine? Here's my shopping cart so far please let me know if you would change, drop or add anything. I also need recommendations for rba supply sites.

Igo-L
Kanthal 32 gage wire
1.5mm silica wick
ss mesh 400

Tools that I have
jewelers screw driver
dikes/clippers
multimeter

you should be good to go with what you have on hand and what you have ordered. as far as checking your ohms the multimeter should do the trick, just make sure that you check the setup for shorts before vaping on it.

Thanks, checking for shorts? Like make sure the wires are not touching each other?

So here's what I ordered from MOV, set me back $37 including shipping.

IGO-L Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer
Silica Wick - CE2 Style
SS 400 Woven Mesh 3" x 3" - Stainless Steel Type 316
Kanthal A-1 Resistance Wire 32 AWG
SS Drip Tip

Are you using mechanical mod? If you are I would change the 32 gauge to 28 gauge since you can get a lower ohm and it will heat faster. When I was using 30 and 32 gauge it would take forever just to heat up before any vape occur.

As for wick I was using 2 mm.

my setup at the moment is:
K100 mechanical with Efest 3.7v
Igo-L dual coil with 2 airhole
28 gauge kanthal A1
2 mm silica wick
