I hope this is the right place to post this. I am new to all this lingo and have been reading till my eyes cross. I am using a itaste vv 3 with a kanger mini protank 3. I would like to go up to a rebuild able tank/coil not sure what you call it. I don't want to change my battery as I really like it, the question is this. Is there a rba out there to fit my battery? That is not so big to kill my battery. I saw a kayfun at one place but the person knew less then I did about them so I did not get it. The reason is I want to be able to rebuild the coil as it looks a lot easier to build then the single and dual coils I am using now. My eyes I think could do this better then the single one. Any help would we appreciated.

For most, it's about size compared to the mod. If it fits your your battery it will work fine. You can wind any resistance you want on the Kayfun by changing the number of coils, the diameter of the coils, or the wire gauge.

An RBA is more about whether you mind winding your own coils or whether you would rather just buy a pack of factory coil heads and change them when needed. Some people don't like the technical aspect of learning about an RBA and developing the skills to maintain it. In the long run, an RBA is cheaper. A 100' spool of wire will last a l-o-n-g time and a bag of organic cotton balls is cheap. You can make several wicks from one cotton ball.

Susan, It's not the physical size of the RBA you buy that determines how long your battery will last ... It's the coil you have in your RBA and how many watts you are feeding it that determines battery life between charges.

Thank you all for the info. I can build the coils as I have been doing for the kanger mini protank. I think these will be easier for my eyes. I am not jumping into this as now I will read about the kayfun mini and watch videos on it. I can't always say what my brain is telling me so I am thankful for the help. I hate building the single coils but from what I have seen I think these will be easier for me. I have a ohm meter to test them on once made. Is the kayfun a clone? Does it matter? Thanks again.
