I don't think saving money is your worry. I've been waiting since the hobo x wasn't even produced yet and I'm dying to get one. There coming along but damn I'm inpatient and not fortunate enough to be on the groups getting lists filled. Soon tho
I'm pretty sure the hobo Facebook page isn't a secret, it's just private. If you have a Facebook put a request in to join, that's what I did and got accepted that day. That's where the list was too, I think I remember seeing it.

I am in the hobo Facebook group. But the list there still hasn't run. Other lists on high end mods groups have been run. Hobo page also ran a few contests for them recently too. I want an aluminum one anyways and he's waiting on boards

So I've pretty much given up on the thump. In my eyes it can't compare to the flavor or ease of build that I get with the hobo 3.1. Nor do I think I is as appealing to the eyes.

I've been eyeing an origen v3 (or maybe an origenny). Anybody with experience with one care to chime in. Typically I build single coil, 24g, 8-10 wraps at anywhere between 25-35w.

Anyway I guess how's the hobo and the origen compare?

I've only had my Hobo since Monday and have only done one build on it so I'm not gonna compare it but the origens are amazing. It was the only thing I vaped for quite a while (origen v3 dripper). I would say the origen drippers do better with dual coils and the origennys do better with single coils. Very similar vape; but if you're a single coil guy, I'd probably go with the origenny.

With that said, I'll be extremely surprised if my Hobo v3.1 can beat my origen on flavor; the only attys I have ever tried that actually beat the origen is a veritas and a snapdragon (and possibly the AX1, I haven't actually vaped the two side-by-side yet so I won't say it's better). So it doesn't get too much better than an origen.

So my NarDA came in the mail today, super excited. She's taking a bath right now. It came super clean but I wash all my stuff anyway. This rda is beautiful, I wish every modder took as much care and precision as he did. I will report back with thoughts. Hopefully I get time to build it....I hate getting new gear and not being able to play around with it.

Ok 30 mins into vaping the NarDA.....If I could curse in here I would. Cause it's ....ing awesome! Only did a quick simple build in it cause me and the wife are going out but I just had to build it. Did a single coil 10 wrap 24g around a 7/64 bit came out around a .90 ohm. Wasn't too hard to build but takes some maneuvering, but all and all nice. Air flow is right up my alley and it doesn't whistle which I love. Tolerances are also very good and on point. I have to spend more time with it but man, this thing is solid as hell. Anyone who has a chance to get one, take it!

Glad you're enjoying it. I can't wait to get more because it's the only dripper I want to use. I do really enjoy my Snapdragon too but the NarDA beats it. I have a feeling based on how the Hobo V3.1 is built that it will be similar to the NarDA which is why I want one so bad. I think if I can get a couple more NarDAs and the Hobo is as good as I think it will be, I'll be set for life. I'm getting tired of hunting for the "the next big thing" and the NarDA makes me not want anything else.

Yeah I'm a little tired of that search as well, wasted plenty of money on that search too. Honestly if this stays vaping like this I would be good with just my hobo 3.1, the NarDA and my indestructible just cause of the room it has and in case I wanna cloud chase....which is almost never lol. I wouldn't mind owning another NarDA that's for sure!

Anyone has experience with the indestructible RDA by JayBo (the latest 4 post one) or the stro mini or the Kennedy 22 competition RDA? Which is the best for clouds chasing and flavor? Like 60% clouds 40% flavor ?
Never used the indestructible and I only have the original Kennedy and I can say that its pretty awesome; not my thing but I don't ever see myself selling it either ( I've been debating getting a gremlin cap for it too ). The newest Stro mini is also really nice ( not to mention I know the designer, he's a super awesome dude ). I would say go with either of those two; the Kennedy is quite a bit more expensive, the quality is much higher but it lacks the flexibility of the Stro.

So if high quality machining is your thing and price isn't too much of an issue, go with Kennedy unless you feel you need more airflow options, otherwise go with the Stro.

I would also wait for someone else to chime in about the indestructible too since I have absolutely no experience with it.

I have an indestructible atty, I had it before the new post and top air flow. Personally if your looking for a flavor atty it's not it, do I like it? Sure. It's just a good quality rda all around but the new post and top air flow do make it better. If I was you I'd get the VLS sleeve and top air flow option too cause it'll close off the other side air flow holes and only give you that top air flow. Which makes it a lot better as well. And my opinion on the stro is biased, that things a piece of crap....sorry everyone! Lol. The first version that i got was at least. For the price of those 2 I'd choose indestructible all day long. And I don't have a Kennedy but if flavor is your thing that might be the winner.

The K22 is a very, very nice RDA. The only time you will be disappointed with it against any another RDA is when you pit it against a K24.
Can you explain? I can't see how the 24 would be better than the 22 since it has an even larger chamber.

For anyone with a hobo 3.1. I always had a issue with it having a long positive pin so half my mods with shorter 510 pin travel it wouldn't sit flush.

So I posted on the hobo customs Facebook page about wishing for or asking if there was a shorter positive pin.

Literally under a minute later hoberto messaged me asking for my address to send out another positive pin that's shorter and I had a tracking number an hour later free of charge.

That's some service right there. And for anyone possibly wondering if there was a shorter 510 pin. I'm assuming maybe the earlier versions were slightly longer

Wow. @HeiSINberg has been saying how great their CS is. Basically unparalleled in this segment of the market. Right? It's what it seems like!
