Ordered a nectar micro last week. I couldn't help myself when I saw one in stock stateside. I have a $6 nectar nano clone that I bought at a B&M on a blind whim and was really blown away by the vape. Been looking for an authentic micro version ever since. Will post my thoughts after a few builds with it.

I know I posted about this a while ago but honestly I forgot about the whole thing. But it's out now and looks pretty good imo. I've ALWAYS wanted a 2 post top air flow rda which was on the smaller side. This company delivered and it looks super nice. The shingen rda.

The slam cap on the NarDA is no joke! It really does intensify the flavor a lot!
You think so??! I think if anything it's the same honestly lol. I like the ultem cap better cause I can see exactly the amount of liquid I have in there before a redrip.

Ha. I came back to say that I think it does intensify it, but not by "a lot". I got a bit overzealous last night. That said, the two definitely play differently on this build I have right now. If I had to pick one for flavor, it would most definitely be the slam cap, though not by "a lot". :)

I had to lower my coil a little bit cause of it, I didn't really wanna do that cause then the screws choke the wick....hmm. The jury is out on this right now lol. Still a great product nonetheless.

Crazy that it's actually 'doing something' for my vape. I am running a dual coil build with the coils parallel to the top of the airflow columns. So for the regular cap, my coils were further away and with this one, they are now closer. Either which way, I am happy with the purchase. The one that was maybe unnecessary was the ultem cap (but I do love the ultem tip). I don't know when all this ultem business started or what it's about, but other than looking kind a cool, I don't think it's any less heat resistant than delrin (at least in my experience). Is that what it's supposed to be for? Not retaining heat?

Basically. It's actually from what I read stronger and more heat resistant than delrin is. From what I understand. I always used delrin tips and caps, personally I hate metal tips but that's just me. And I could be wrong here but the first person I seen using it was Hoberto from hobo customs.

If you are inclined to get rid of your slam cap, let a brother know! :w00t:
