For anyone in here that was interested in that Pi2 dripper you should check out this video. I'm not a huge fan of the guy but he nailed this review. And he slams them! Glad somebody did. I'm sorry but for a 130$ atty these people need to get it together, it seems like they failed the simplest of things, and no extras except 2 orings it looks like......but hey you get a nice little box with a light in it! Stupid...

I hear a lot about the leaking on mutation x v4, I can, agree..it happens to me but it's not too big a deal to me. I like it. When I use just the bottom vents, I seem to be a lot more flavour..

I hear about how deep the well is..but Idk..it's still tight, and of the cotton is near the wall, it's going to run down and leak.

SO. Ya lol but I still like it, $29. Can't beat it.

well, I just got my UD claptons, calculated that the 26 awg(.4) plus 2 sides of 32 (.2 + .2) would give me a diameter of .8 so I calculated as a single 20awg coil and aimed at .3 ohms, but gave me .6, took out a loop and made it a 3 loop coil at .46ohms. a bit high for what I'm vaping right now but decided to give it a go...

comparing it to my parallel 24 build at .2 ohms this one produces almost the same vapor, the TH is smoother (not sure if it is good or bad now) but the flavor seems more intense, still need the wick to loose it's fresh taste but so far I like it

ramp up time is pretty decent, no issues there!

I know this is for RDA's but I need to vent, mostly because of my stupidity. I pre ordered the Monster v3 tank by 528 customs. The tank looked great but I don't know what I was thinking dropping $75 on something there's only two pictures off. Saw more pictures today and it's got a plastic ....ing tank section (PC), who the hell still does plastic tanks? It's got the same .... single coil deck as the v2 (I only run dual coils) and it's got the same .......n ....ing bottom fill with a screw I saw the v2 had. I never used the v2 but I got this on a whim. This is all my fault for pre ordering and knowing nothing about but I'm pretty mad. This tank won't even get a build in it and I'm half tempted to throw the ....ing thing in the trash soon as I get it.

I prefer plastic tanks over glass any day. none of my juices crack them and it won't break if it falls

It's all about what you like and damn everybody else. I do agree with using only the bottom airflow the V4 gives more flavor. I can use the V4 and not get leaks but I have to be extra careful when dripping and for me that is a deal breaker. I prefer the V3 with the glass top cap because of that. No AFC with the glass top cap but the airflow is perfect IMO. Two holes on each side (no idea of the size but I'd guess about 3mm maybe? could be slightly bigger) and I get pretty nice flavor from it.

Yea, I have some of the Youde clapton wire, not a big fan of it, it seems to have a machine oil or something that's very hard to get rid of, I soaked the stuff for hours in alcohol and I still get this weird taste from it when the cotton starts to run dry, it is convenient though. I think Claptons and the like really benefit more from nichrome than Kanthal though, it ramps up faster, has lower resistance so it's just all around easier to build with, the whole point of claptons is more surface area so 3 wrap coils kinda defeat the purpose in the end. I'd be in heaven if someone came out with premade clapton wire from nichrome though lol

I feel like unless these new RDAs coming out are two post or something with crazy innovation they won't sell very well.

I disagree, but only because there are just so many vapers not really piped into what other enthusiasts are saying (with longer or more broad history). I go to vape shops and hear sad, very sad, opinions on what people feel are the "best." It's as if there are whole swaths of vapers that think the Mutation X and a Doge were the first or best RDAs ever, so everything gets seen through that prism (which ain't much of a prism, more like a peep hole). No knock on those atties cause I've bought that kind too, just sayin' they tend to sell a whole lot in spite of what some of us feel about them.

Rip rips on a lot of things that I disagree with and praises things that don't deserve it. I take his opinion with a grain of salt and a shot of tequila to keep watching his over acted mannerisms.

And @HeiSINberg if you want some nichrome Claptons I can send some your way. I love building them.

Also has anyone seen anything on this guy? Looks VERY promising.

Hahaha! Same here, I normally don't like him but sometimes I have to suck it up cause he's the only one that has something I wanna check out in a review ya know. You'd really send me some?? That would be amazing!! I've never tried a Clapton before, surprisingly. If your serious shoot me a PM.

It's annoying at best. I would kill to be able to go to one.....let alone have the money to spend while there. The worst part is watching everyone take pics of there ECC haul on instagram. I hate it! It's like a mountain of juice, wicks, mods and attys.
