I don't know if I will keep mine, but it is a great 2014 atomizer. I say 2014 atomizer becasue things have changed so much in 2015. But all in all, it's got great flavor! I just wish it had more airflow!

Certainly agree with you. I have four Manta V2's, think I'll sacrifice one by drilling the air holes just slightly larger and see what happens. It's truly a flavor atty, for my taste anyway.

Im confused Mr Mann, still. Do you own a Kennedy, where you talking about the Manta v2 or am I just lost.

You must be lost!

Never owned a Kennedy. Never used a Kennedy.

I've talked about the Manta v2 and VCC in those earlier exchanges. I responded to your question about if I used the VCC and to @67Tele in regards to the Manta v2. I feel like I am being punk'd or something. Is this thing on? :D

You have four? Whoa! Are all of yours the three-hole airflows? I swear I saw some with slots.

Yes, all the Manta V2'a from Catfish have the three holes on each side below the cap and four slit type holes in the top cap, I think just the three holes need to be one size larger (drill bit) to achieve the airflow I'm looking for.

I think we have the same ones. I am talking about the actual intake on the bells being slots instead of holes. I could've sworn I saw those somewhere. Am I mistaking there?

And yes, if mine had two slots (slits), it would be likely my favorite atty (for the vape and look) of all time. I don't really like the interface of the atty, but it sure is purdy!

Found it! :headbang:

Notice the interior of the bell. Now, I am also talking about seeing one that had the same slots up top on the bell too. I think they released different versions (aside form the v1) but never really specified who had which, why or what the hell.

This is what I want! And to get it up top would be the icing.

Edit: Okay. Feeling silly now. I just realized that could be the lighting on the inside slots. Mine has slots too, but it's got three air inlets inside of those slots. It's easy to see when looking inside the atty, but this could be the exact same thing but due to the recessed slots that house three holes, the shadow makes it look like they're just slots with no holes. Can't tell.

Okay, this is something then. I have the three/three holes (bottom and top) and I have seen what you are talking about as well (I think) as slots on top and bottom. Am I mistaking there?

You have it correct...they just need a tad more airflow for me, not much though. The Manta is a flavor machine, if larger holes screw that up, I have plenty of factory top rings to put on to cover larger holes.

Not getting much flavor from this Kennedy. Clouds are big, though. Might have too much wick but I was trying to prevent leaking. I ran one wick through both coils and over the center post and then tuck the other wick ends between the center and the negative posts.

J, I don't recall anyone claiming the Kennedy being a flavor atty, but I could have missed it.

What wattage are you running it at? You really gotta pump some watts through a kennedy to get flavor out of it lol The Gremlin cap helps a bunch too.
55W on a .6 ohm build. The vapor was there. Not competition worthy, don't get me wrong, but thick and dense. Flavor was extremely muted.
