This was my first dripper and I did not have a good time with it. Fairly certain it was a clone but the post holes were tiny, the top always came unscrewed and it leaked like a sieve other than that though it wasn't bad. I wouldn't ever use it again though.

Yeah, I sold mine like immediately, but still. That is over $100 off! I think if the modders are not making limited quantities, we all just should sit back and wait. Prices are dropping fast and hard now.

@HeiSINberg , yes, that was during the time when drippers costing that much wasn't even seen as expensive. I saw a video today from Rip on the Tug v2 and he was all geeked that it was barely $100. 2014 can get the gas face!

Yeah....I won't say my feelings about him on here but I'll just leave it at I don't take his word worth a thing, period. It should be under a 100$ lol it's not like it's anything special. I'm kinda upset I just looked at my v1 and around the bottom of 1 of the posts it's like rusting or something. Not sure what it is but it's nasty and black, like juice got down in between the deck and post since its not milled from one piece. Great.

I got me one of the new Sigeli 150w TC boxes today. Its suhweeeeet. Hands down my favroite regulated box I have had. Still like my SMPL mech but a regulated mod is sweet for the battery life and the fact every time you fire it you get the same vape. Sold my SS Tugboat V2. Im not done with the Tug, just looking for a cerakoted one haha.

Best finish of any RDA I've ever used.

Not sure if this guy has been posted yet, but wow what an interesting concept with the airflow and anti leak shorty dripper. It's called the Iti Rawa. See it here on grimmgreen's video. It's a little pricey but damn if it doesn't appear to be worth the look.

Just ordered a Stro Mini, velocity deck with small form factor. Can't go wrong for $30, had to get it in copper but oh well. Looking forward to trying it. Will post my thoughts when I get it. Plan is to use the stumpy as my simple build flavor atty ,twisted, standand and use the stro for claptons, staple etc.

Just some thoughts:

I've spent the last two days with the Manta and Vector with varying results in flavor and air flow and what wattage and wicking trials.

Last night I put the Marquises on and kept thinking how good the Marquis is and why I'm still favoring it for overall reasons. Easy to build, enough air flow for lower builds, great flavor, generous amount of liquid before refilling, no leaking, handsome atty.

Reminds me of the mid-'70s when I was in a bar band playing around south Texas. I had a 1958 Les Paul Jr. and a white Bassman. No pedals. Nothing but guitar, cord and a cranked tube amp. Why did I think I needed anything else?

I'd still like to try a Stumpy and a Petri though...

Thanks for this thread everybody! It's a great help and a lot of fun!

By chance has anyone here ever tried the Immo+? I had always wanted to try this atty.

It's a 2014, ceramic cup, direct-to-coil via top-fed airflow, leak-free atty. The Immortalizer was one of the original drippers back in the days of the Phoenix (2012/2013). This is the v2 of sorts. Not too shabby if you ask me. I think this design could still be re-visited and made into a 2015 atty.

I can't help but to think this is a fine flavor atty. We'll see. At least it's not a three-post dripper. hahaha. I think this is just one of those atties that fell through the cracks (for whatever reason).

The smpl mod is my favorite too. I have the stainless and copper. You need to check out the new Smpl+ you will LOVE it. It hasn't released yet but when it does I'm gonna be all over it. They literally fixed every little thing from the old version, which wasnt much but they made the old great design much much better.

I've had the Smpl in the back of my mind since first seeing them. I'll definitely check out the +!

p.s. Google search leads to RedIt link with pics.
Yeah man they made it SO much better. The button is radel now, the snap ring is gone, the button contact is copper plated with gold. That right there to me is a pro, I hate switches with those snap rings in them, although it isn't a con to me it's just a pain.

The SMPLs look nice but I don't rock hybrid tops. Just makes me paranoid.
Yeah your not the only one, there's actually a lot of people that feel that way. And I get it and respect that. The only thing I wish the smpl+ or older versions had was a delrin ring up top under the 510 connection for added protection. Especially cause you have a lot of newer vapers using them without the knowledge.

I would so rock a true hybrid, but I feel as you do about the D/C mods (with the "hybrid" top). I get why people like/LOVE them, but I would just be too 'noid to enjoy the vape.
