So many RDA's, but nobody can seem to put all the best attributes of an RDA into one package. What I would like to see:

Dual post with two holes per post like the Petri. This lets me center the coil easily without excess legs. And with just two posts, the body could be made 20mm easily instead of 22 reducing the volume and making the legs shorter. Then if I want to use it on a small device, like an Sbody Macro, it doesn't overhang.

SCREW ON sidewall tank. I don't need to access the build deck very often, and it frustrates me that I have to hold the sidewall down to remove the top cap or else it might come apart at the bottom.

Short body with top drilled, angled airholes like the thump. Less worry about leaking when I lay the mod down on it's side.

Grub screws with a standard screwdriver slot, and filled posts to SQUEEZE the wire, not chop it off. Those phillips slots hold juice, where a standard slot would let the screw drain the juice. And how tough can it be to fill those posts so the screw doesn't cut thin guage wire?!

Someone is going to get it all right, and I hope it's China and doesn't cost $100.

Yeah it dumbfounds me why no one can seem to combine all the best features into one rda. I mean all these companies keep rehashing the same ideas or come out with something that has some of this and some of that but never all.

Hi everyone... Noob here is back to ask more noob question... thank you all for always entertaining my question!
okay so, the reason i wanna get a RDA is because i am doing DIY and i do a lot of flavour testing...
my question is, you dont get the wick dry totally and will then change to a new flavour... wont this affect the taste?
or do i have to change the wick?

It depends on the flavor and what material you use for a wick. Rayon has very little ghosting of the previous flavor. If needed I'll drip some straight VG between flavor changes and vape off the old flavor before dripping the next. Dark heavy flavors or a particularly bad flavor will require a rewick.

I'm probably weird but when trying out different flavors I don't usually use a wick. Just a nice big coil out 2 drops directly and it will give you 1 or 2 quick vapes before completely dry, if you vape it dry it won't taste bad, I will just not vape.
And you can change flavor without any cross contamination

Built my 454 v2 with a quad coil using 26 AWG with 4/5 wraps and this build is pretty good (much better than my first attempt with all those wraps with 24 AWG). Using it on my SXMini M-Class at 60 watts in POWERFU+ mode, reading at 0.19. The airflow is perfectly open too with all four holes. Really good flavor and it's kinda nice to take such short pulls--like a snatch and grab--and get so much in return. I feel like it's a bank heist. *No playing around! Get in, get what you need and get out before the heat comes.* :sneaky:

And this is what vaping has come too. A sworovski drip tip. Almost a 1,000$ for the nicest finish......stupid. So much for vaping saving money, stuff like this is getting ridiculous.

I saw those recently. They look cool, but 100% (or $100+) not my style. LOL
For a drip tip?!?! I wouldn't care if it was my style im not spending 100+ dollars on a damn tip lol. No way in hell. I feel like when they make stuff like this they just get away from why we started vaping in a sense.....it's like a hyped up trend or fad now.

I love those types of builds, those powerful little pulls, they just feel rewarding!

As much as I love the SXmini, it wasn't quite doing it for me with this build. Moved over to the Sigeli 150 and using this build at 100 watts has just about left me confused that I like it so much. In a weird way, it's not even as hot compared to a build at 2x the resistance and less than half of the coils. Crazy. I really can't believe I am vaping like this. It's so good!

p.s. I could even go up more, but not sure if there is any good reason to...but I probably will. LOL

Built a dual Ti in a Petchri with 30ga, 6/5. 425F & 30J. Wanted to see what kinda clouds I could get. I getum. Better tho, is the one quick snap on the power button and release for a MOST satisfying Tootle puff. No problem MtL either, and I get both good flavor, enuf vapor, and amazing battery life outta this setup. SO versatile.

It's a confluence of age, wisdom, responsibility, empathy and a bunch of other treacherous influences that bear down on us as hordes. Fortunately, youthful curiosity lets us keep exploring all these new technologies while we ply the aforementioned vices we've (l)earned.

And people think I'm a supercilious pontificating ahole. If only they'd known me YEARS ago.... God, I miss that Heathen.

So what do you think of the Velocity, my Captain? ;)

I am so with you, it's crazy!

Velocity: Wanted to try it, but something kept me from taking the plunge. Most here say it's, well, all hot air.

About to head to the studio for the night's play. Taking with me the CS and eGo so I can see the canvas. LOL. When I run out of dry space I will come back to the 454 Big Block v2 with the quad coil and some NETs...the old man is back while still feelin' brand new!

Someone told me that you can get great flavor with a large atty you just gotta crank up the wattage, I never believed them until now. Vaping on the Aeolus v2 with some claptons at .34 ohm, 80w I'm just not getting as good as vape as I do with my Kennedy 24 with quads at 150w. Found the same thing with the Stumpy. I'm seriously considering picking up a second Kennedy 24 but wanna see how hard I can push the Twisted messes RDA when I get it. On a side note, gummy glu from Lost Arts has got to be one of the best tasting liquids I have vaped in a long time.
