I haven't been able to verify but another ECF member ordered them from IMR and got a pop up message that LG is discontinuing the HG2 cells and once existing stock is gone, it's gone for good. I snagged four from Lightning Vapes on Black Friday for like $5 each. LV is out of stock now.
Thanks for the heads up. Went ahead and ordered some from RTD.

Now that you guys mention it I did notice that my Samsungs get considerably weak pretty fast in my mods and they don't last half as long as my LG's do. I saw there's a new pink battery I forget whether it's samsung or LG though, it says it's a 30Q whatever that is.

The 30Q is a 15A 3000mAh Samsung.

I think you are talking about HG2s?

LG HG2 18650 3000mAh 20A Flat Top Battery

edit: jhhollier beat me to it... better price, too!

101vape and Illumn have them as well.
I also heard that the lg hg2 have been discontinued and being replaced by hg6 30a 300mAh. Should be available Q1 2016

Yes my bad. Got them confused with the HE4 my buddy uses.

I've been eyeballing this one to have modified for bottomfeed.

$29 at Local vape... Kryptonite Vapor - 454 v2 Atomizer
I can vouch for this being an awesome BF atty as I have one in my rotation. I don't think Tom will BF it for you though because it has a copper center pin. I drilled mine out myself and it really wasn't all that difficult or I just happened to get lucky!!!

Madness RDA

Has anyone seen the Madness rda that is now available from Atmistique that is shown in the above link?
Bottom airflow as well as top airflow(can be closed off), can be built with single or dual coils, regular or chuf type drip tips. Cost from manufacturer is 87 euros.

Below is a review from Todd in his shed on this rda.

What are your thoughts on this one???????? It appears this rda should meet everyone's needs and wants.

My 1st impression is they completely missed the boat on the bottom air flow... It should've been offset like the original Kennedy. How can you possibly center the coil over this air flow? That would be some real janky coils for sure...

I dunno, it looks basically like a three-post style--it would require a center-post build. Still, if looking for a good bottom-fed airflow RDA, I would advise, especially for the money they are asking for, to look elsewhere.

Maybe I didn't explain myself well enough...

I know and understand it would require a center post build, but how do you center the coil over the air flow if the air flow is in direct line with the center post? It should've been offset to one side of the center post or the other... In its current state, the side of the coil towards the negative contact will get less air flow than the positive side unless you are only putting in a 3/4 or 4/5 wrapped coil...

Maybe I am not seeing what you are seeing (which is likely) because when I was using the SOV Zenith, I kept my airflow right in the middle just like this and had the posi-leads bent back and jetting out from the center of the coil which had the coil itself directly over the the airflow. The SOZ Zenith did allow for the center airflow channel to be moved, but they made it stationary in the newer models; I always used it in the middle so I'd have space for wicking on both sides.

I can't find an image of my build on it, unfortunately. But this was my atty and how I used it.

Yeah you'd have to seriously bend the one lead that's going into the positive post just to have it closer to the air flow hole. At first glance it's nice....till you really get into it and break it down. Pass.
