Hey rick I am unfamiliar with this lil fella can you give us a quick rundown of it.

In other news my O-Atty clone comes in today so I will finally able to do a comparison between the authentic and the clone for some of you here that were curious. This one is the Shenray with BF pin version I also have an SXK version on the way. For those of you that are against clones I understand and do own the Authentic but with shipping mine came to almost $180 which is let's face it not an option for a lot of people and from what I have heard the quality of the clone is very very good and hard to distinguish from the authentic.

Will do once it gets here. All Boost Labs gear is great quality (single coil) and just brings the flavor. Works well for those mellow times where you don't want to make clouds.

I'm sure the flavor will be nice but not a fan of the deck at all. Much like the other Boost Labs attys it seems needlessly annoying to build on.

Agreed on the deck... Every Boost Labs atty I own provides such good flavor it is worth the hassle. Maybe that kid in me just likes to tinker ;)

They do sooooo well with a nice single coil with a strong custard ejuice.... YUM

been using the boost shift-bf for a few days and i love it. its the most efficient single coil atty ive tried! with the super reduced chamber and direct AF, its especially good with throat hit. it doesnt need very much power either! 23W and im good! kanthal A1 single twisted 28g 4 wrap 2.5mm ID 0.55 ohms @ 23W!

it would be cool if the other side could mount coils. call it the Shift-BF 2nd Gear ;)

edit: also want to add i've moved up to 6mg bc TH

Hey rick that's great news as my friend is letting me borrow his and its in the mail right now (side note this community is great as I have never met this person in my life and he is willing to let me borrow and try out his Authentic Shift because I posted my curiosity on line and if I remember correctly it is not a cheap atomizer) so I am very excited.

So I received the Hcigar Inbox vt75 in the mail and I am actually pretty impressed. Its my 2nd squonk box and besides a small fit and finish issue I am really loving it. If anybody is curious or would like to see me do a small review please message me.

I am so glad I finally took the plunge into squonking. It has completely changed how I look at RDAs and has become arguably my favorite way to Vape. So thank you all you squonky deep pocketed .......s who patiently fielded my noobish questions and kept encouraging me to give it a try ! You have created a monster.

So the shenray o Atty clone is very good quality. Besides the lack of etching on the bottom and one rough edge they are almost identical. Although I don't remember the BF pin on the Authentic being so annoyingly tall as on the clone but I don't have the pin in the authentic now so I could be wrong. Its an easy fix to remove a mm or 3 . The Vape is pretty much identical except for $150 dollars the authentic costs

To save 140 Dollars, I'll Grind a BF Pin.

Another cheap clone, natively BF. Anyone tried this? I'm not sure what it's a clone OF.

Can't quite see where the squonkage enters, and the post arrangement seems a little bit unusual, but heck...for $10 I might just try one. They're on 3F and FTech

Not for me, but it does come with a single coil chamber reducer...

I saw that today on FT.

For the Price, I threw it in the Cart. I'm a Sucker for all things Single Coil. LOL.

Not Crazy about 2 Screw "Bar Clamping". But figure I could always Toss the Bar and just use Philips Head Screws on the Positive Pole. Just like I'm going to do on the Negative Poles.

Awful lot of clone talk in this thread lately!!! Just a reminder from the OP on page 1....

A few things for this thread:
  • This thread is not for clones (no judgement, I just don't want to talk about them -- too many variables.)
  • High-end, low-end or middle-of-the-road RDAs. It doesn't matter. Just as long as they're original-manufacturer RDAs (and preferably new-ish or new).
  • No arguing over who stole what or what is a too much like another atty.
  • When it's appropriate, please provide links to what you are talking about.
  • In general, let's keep it amicable.

Then again, you could just follow the rules that was set up for the thread and not have to bother him with such pettiness!!! You don't like following rules?

Not the 1st to Mention a Clone in this Thread. In fact, a quick Search of this Thread shows that Clones have been referenced Many Times.

Like I said, If the OP doesn't like the Post, I'm sure he will have No Problem saying so.

Hey gentlemen I feel guilty here as I have been posting Here for awhile and was not familiar with guidelines. I almost always buy an authentic and a clone aftwrwards to use as my beater. I know some people I had spoken to in this thread were curious about a certain RDA and as the authentic was no longer being made I offered to do a comparison between the clone and authentic. I believe that is where we went off track and I apologize. Everyone in this thread has been pretty amazing and the last thing I wanted was to bring any negativity here.

I will redact my posts if that is asked of me and again let's keep it focused on what we all have a passion for and all have in common here.

Our love for RDAs and vaping

Reminder :

I've been wanting to start a thread specifically for talk of RDAs (flavor-chasing, cloud-makers or whatever). We can talk about trends (both good and bad), what we'd like to see and what we no longer want to see. What works for you and what doesn't. We can debate, but it has to remain respectful becasue we will not always agree.

Also, I want this to be a general thread for posts of new RDAs that others may not know about. If you just want to post a pic with some specs and where to find it, that is cool. If you got a new atty that you want to show off, that's cool too. Want to review an atty? Go for it. Questions? Ask.

  • When it's appropriate, please provide links to what you are talking about.
  • In general, let's keep it amicable.

So...
Thank you .

First, last, in between, what does it matter? I was merely pointing out a lot of clone talk in a non-clone thread. If you missed the original post, no biggie, you know about it now.... Again, no biggie, but no need to keep going back and forth about it. If you want to post about a clone, start a new thread or find one that is already started, simple as that!!!

Hey, NOBODY invited you!

Seriously, a separate thread TO talk about clones would be a great place. I certainly understand the criteria established by the OP, makes sense. And authentics are coming fast and furious enough to keep this thread interesting and vibrant.

But I can certainly understand a desire to compare the alternatives to the originals, and even talk about the various different manufacturers of the same similar devices. It would detract from THIS thread, but be a great topic of its own.
