So I have been buying different types of E-cigs and so far, the KR808D-1 has proven to be my favorite. I found a few places showing how to re-fill the carts, but have since taken a cart apart and feel that the initial re-filling takes A. Way to long and B. may blow through e-liquid faster.
Here is what the thing looks like apart:

As you can see, the bottom point where the battery meets the wire actually protrudes up into the cartomizer a good bit. Personally I believe the liquid going in is actually going straight through to almost the other side and not filling up the way you would expect. But there is a way to get the tops off of these, so here is what I did.
Get yourself a small screwdriver (like a jewelers screwdriver) and place it in the top and work around the top pulling up just slightly as you spin the cart. This will loosen the top and allow it to come off.

once you pry the top off, there is a little donut down in a bit further, I am not sure what this does as other carts I have taken apart do not have this part, but it just slides right out.

Remove the ring to expose the fiber underneath. You can drip your E-liquid directly into the chamber.

I put about 20 drops to fill it up (actually 10 drops of E-juice and 10 drops of Glycerin, I like a nice vapor).
Put the donut back in, but do not push it all the way down on top of the fiber, let the lid push the donut back into place.
Let the cart site for a good bit of time, I let mine sit for about an hour before trying. If you happen to over fill the chamber, the cart will not vapor up right away. You can take it off the battery and blow through the battery end to get rid of some excess fluid and try again.
Done this to a few carts so far and every one seems to work just fine.
