Bummer. Do you have blue laws there too? We had 'em in Texas on Sundays when I was growing up, the toy aisle at the grocery would get roped off and there were all kinds of strange allowances - f'rinstance, you could buy a hammer, but not nails. That kinda stuff.

No..but you need a special license to sell alcohol on Sundays...hard alcohol is only sold in state liquor agencies.

Goofy Ohio laws. I was shopping with my husband on a Sunday a while back. He was very irritated to be told he couldn't buy wine before 1pm.
I have family that live near the Michigan/Ohio state line. I might ask them to pick me up some Everclear in MI. It's legal there.
