Reading Sigelei Kaos Screen

Hey there I'm a little confused reading my sigelei Kaos screen. It's got 3 different voltage readings on the power setting and I'm not sure which one is which. Pic enclosed, please help. Thanks!

(Side note, I just bought new batteries as I know these are ending their life cycle soon, and I'll start using them today when they're fully charged )

The 3.09v is output to delivery device.
The other two (4.07 & 4.08) are your battery voltages.

Should be covered in the owners manual.
