I build my Kayfuns at 2mm-3mm id and 1-1.3ohms. With silica/ceramic wick I would lean to the 3mm side. I don't use ReadyxWick but I do use 3mm hollow core silica, In kayfuns. Gotta note if RxW works like silica, your are going to need to unbraided and fluff the wick into the well. Could just be me, but I cant get an intact cord to wick correctly.

Thanks for your response , after reading more about the ceramic wick material i think i will hold off , many say it's not worth it and others say it is lol.

Ekowool is Hollow core silica. Yeah I would pass on the readyx wick for a kayfun. Ginna work the same as the 3mm you have. When I use silica in the kayfun I use sever strands of 1mm in a 2-2.5mm id coil. Works OK but can be flooded and dry hitty, on same build. I have found plain old cotton or rayon to be best for these atties. Good thing about silica/ceramic is you don't have to rewick.
