Rayon cellucotton finally arrived... I guess I wasn't thinking, because I thought I ordered a small box, but 3lbs. is actually a box that a good sized sleeping bag would fit into. I could wick every atty in the neighborhood for the next five years! Oh well... I guess I'll try to sell off 99% of it on ebay... and still have enough to last a lifetime.

By the way, the stuff works great! I like it much better than cotton...

Do you realize how bad rayon is for you? Have you actually researched it? I have researched (and used) almost everything out there, and have to say that without a doubt readyxwick from rbasupplies.com is the BEST. I won't use anything other than it ever again. I haven't tried it in a KFL+ yet, but I'm going to try it now after reading this thread. Is it still holding up good for you dwroblewski?

Data on rayon? Sources, please.

As to readyxwick, it is excellent stuff. It is nearly indestructible. It will out last your kanthal, can be dry burned to clean the coil without degredation. It wicks rather well, not like rayon or cotton, but if you rough the ends a bit and then put a needle in it to open its hollow core, it is quite nice.

I don't think rayon is a major concern but I've seen plenty of post of people saying that when they cut the RxW they can see dust coming out, i can only assume once you cut it you will need to heat it again.

I have 3mm RXW on Taifun Gt Clone. I wrapped a normal 5/6 coil with 28 gauge kanthal. I believe it is .8 ohms. Been using it everyday for about 7 weeks. I rinse tank and coil with water about once a week. I dry burn it and is just like new. I have went from 18mg on this tank to 6mg of H1N1 and it is still strong. The flavor is incredible, very intense. I put the same build on my Rocket V2. The flavor is good but not anything like it is in the Taifun. I am doing KFL+ right now. Hoping for better results than on Rocket. Been using 9 mg of Boba's Bounty in it. 12mg and 6mg mixed. I also have a Flash V2 I will try in future with this ceramic. By far best wick for Taifun IMHO.
