I finally got around to try deep fried Twinkie (sponge cake) at 2% after letting it sit for 6 weeks. Great stuff and is excellent as a solo flavour. Better than DF Oreo IMO.

I might try my next batch at 2.5%, but I wouldn't go higher.

This definitely needs 4+ weeks aging and is not a shake and vape by any stretch.

For anyone afraid of DIY and likes bakery flavours, you can't go wrong with this.

Haven't had time to try it yet but I ordered cake batter from them too and it is dark like yours so I'm guessing this is normal. I don't know what they use to make their flavors but vanilla extract is very dark so if they used that to get the flavor it only makes sense that it would be dark. Just an idea...

I smelled it and took a tiny taste and yes the vanilla is strong with this one.

Oh... Forgot to mention that I also tried Blue Moon at 2%. This stuff is strong. Nice berry-like flavour, but a bit sweet for me. It would likely be better (for my taste) at 1-1.5%.

Thanks for posting this. Blue moon is one of my favorites but I have a bunch of it in vg I need to use up before I switch to sc.

I am going to dilute it a bit with VG before deciding if I like it or not. I like the flavour but it almost has cough syrup notes at 2%.

I have tons of other SCs from May 1st to try this week... Elephant Ear, French Toast, Pancake, Beaver Tail and at least another few that I am forgetting off the top of my head.

Really takes getting used to mixing at 1-3% total flavour vs. 10-20% with CAP, TFA, FA, etc. though!

Cream (RFVG or RFSC) is very dark as well.

Welp, looks like im done ordering from RF. I placed an order on May 30th for the pre-order of the Black Label French Vanilla - not cheap BTW - and knew it would be June 6th when the site stated it would be in. June 6th got the order shipping info and got all excited to try this flavor. Package arrived June 9th and guess what? No Black Label French Vanilla... 3 free flavors was all that was in the package. The invoice in the package had the BL FV circled (I assume to indicate they did not ship it).
I called CS and told them I wanted the flavor - not a refund. 10 Minutes after getting off the phone I get an alert from my bank of a credit from RF in the amount of the cost of the BL FV.
Not cool...not the way to handle this at all. Now I go to the site and its back up for pre-order.....

I'm done. I dont have that many of the flavors but also havent been impressed enough to replace the flavors I already have so whatever...just very poor CS on their part.

Tested French Toast @ 2% after a 6 week steep today. Not a fan at all.

There are a few custardy flavours that to me have a funky/weird almost dill-like taste (Moustache Milk and Congo Custard are recent examples) and the RFSC French Toast reminds me of them. Funky taste on the exhale that I won't be able to get past even if used in a blend at a low percentage. Flavour and test batch both going down the drain.

First real RFSC dud I have tested.

I have tried the French toast in both version 1 and 2 and neither float my boat. I have yet to try a french toast I like though and have tried most. Maybe I should just break down and buy Mt baker vapors french toast concentrate. ....feels like cheating though...lol

what % of flavour did you use?

I have a bottle of cinnamon roll @ 2% that has been sitting for 6 weeks. Plan to try it today as well as Pakzci and elephant ear or beaver tail....

I mixed it at 2% as well however I will need to let it steep. It's a sample bottle I did 5ml. I was just expecting more cinnamon flavor off bat.

Just an fyi gremlindiy has the whole real flavors line on clearance, 75% off when you add any of the flavors they still have to your cart. Discount is automatically applied once you put it in your cart and there are some 5% off coupons floating around as well. I think a 120ml of the VG only cost me $3.25 plus another 5% off that. Not a huge fan of the VG line as you have to use 10% or more but at those prices it makes more sense. They have the SC line too but hurry on those, they are running out quick. I was able to score a 120ml of strawberry gelato SC, that stuff is pretty good but not sure how it matures just yet, I hope it doesn't fade like pink candy which turned flavorless after a few months.
