I'm at day 8 and the last few days I've had a sore throat and an irritation in my mouth. The latter resolved, but this morning the throat was still sore.
I'm betting it's either my body not knowing what to do without all the space CO2 or maybe I just got a touch of a cold at the same time.
Either way, it's better than the morning cough fest from smoking.![]()
electronic cigarette has certain advantages to alleviate cravings, but it cant meet the needs of serious addiction. And as long as the electronic cigarette contains nicotine, it is still not healthy.
Smoking, yes... but nicotine? It's linked to heart disease
I was wondering earlier about the possibility of how nicotine may act as an analgesic/pain reliever. Anyone know anything about this or have any experience to share?
I can attest to nicotine helping my focus. Also my moods seem to be a lot better now that I am vaping (I started in order to prevent a relapse with stinkies.. had been quit quite a while) and sorry for any TMI but it's valid - my severe PMS symptoms were less than half recently! That's HUGE for me.
Oh, also I seem to feel a lot more rested during the day. Even if I don't get as much sleep as I'd like, I just feel really rested. I have noticed my allergies and sinuses have been much better and I just wonder if it's a matter of breathing better at night. Even with my daily Allegra my sinuses still get crappy but I've felt really good even with a majorly high pollen spring!
I will be keeping up with this thread!![]()
