Real Kayfun how can you tell?

I have been vaping for about 4 years. My first was some small Chinese thing that looked like a cigarette. then I got an EGO for about 7 months. That is when I got my Provari. I had it for about 3 years then it died :( now I have Veto with a Chaos RDA. I been wanting to get a kayfun but how do you tell if it is a real kayfun. All the shops in town sell fake ones. Same with the Russain 91%. some I can tell right away are knock offs due to poor quality , and some shop owners don't claim to know if its real or not, yet they want to charge you 90 bucks for it.

so how can you tell a real kayfun vs a fake?

If they want to charge you $90 I would suggest they know it's a clone.

Honestly the best way is to buy from a reputable website. If you want a genuine Kayfun, go to the source and hit up Svoemesto directly (or here in the US vaperev usually have them but they are out of stock) It's hard to tell the difference unless you have seen and held a real one.

Only other US vendor selling genuine products that I know is ultravaping.com

I'd suggest that if you are buying off ebay or craigslist or similar, there is a good chance you will pay genuine prices for a clone or copy.

If you are OK with a copy, you can get a black edition on ebay for $50, a clone from fasttech for about $25 or tobeco clone from about a million other places in the US for around $40-60

I bought my Russian 91% off vaporkings.com I think for something like $86 bucks. I was lucky enough to find a coupon code for 10% off my order. It's definitely genuine. The Russian can be a little tougher to find than genuine Kayfuns, but in my opinion, they seem to be the stronger device. Air hole doesn't whistle, positive pin is adjustable, adjustable airflow. Everything else is really the same.

If you have a standard silver Provari, The Russian 91% looks real slick after you've taken a scotch brite sponge to the metal finish. It matches the Provari finish much closer than the stock Russian finish. I didn't scrub the base piece because I wanted to keep the Russian 91% markings, still looks good though
