Damn Canada Post, I had a package delivered at 11 AM this morning, ended up getting a pick up notice, says no answer, I was here and the bugger was too lazy to ring me up. So it says go to this postal outlet, Shoppers Drug Mart, after 5 PM. So I go in the middle of work, this is my Darwin so I'm keen on trying it, they say it's "in transit", check back after 5 PM Monday. So I get home later and see from the tracking that it was actually at the store but they didn't enter it into the system until a couple hours later. So I'm going there this morning and they are going to be finding my damn package!!!
They have done the same thing to me Cobra, even though I was right here, stalking the mailbox. They even have said that they left a card and there was not a card in the mailbox.
My Mailman has not worked a Friday in 5 years. Seriously I get a stack every Monday and never anything on Friday I quit even going on Fridays unless I'm hoping he's on holidays and really wanting my package sure enough empty empty empty. He's one of the outsourced under paid guys so I don't bother complaining.
Someone REALLY should spoof our Canada Post and let it go viral...

Must be a Union thing then, because my mailman is also AWOL on Fridays! If you forget what day it is, all you have to do is look in the mailbox. If it's empty, then it's definitely Friday!

I ordered from CEV on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday, but the expected delivery date was Wednesday.
I could get used to that!
One thing I can say about e-cig vendors, is that damn, they ship out fast! They definitely understand the needs of their customers.
Now if only I could say the same thing about Canada Post....

I would have to agree about the way some vendors go out of their way (risking speeding tickets to get to the post office before cut-off to get my package on its way) to please their customers. It's definitely not something I expect from a vendor to do, but when they do it in an emergency for me, I definitely put them on the "go-to" list!
And if the vendor I'm referring to is reading this (and you know who you are!), I still very much appreciate it!
