Really Annoyed

I haven't been able to order RY4 in literally over a year.
By the time the in stock notification goes out it's already gone. Don't really have time to sit here and refresh threads just to get a juice.

Is this stuff made with unobtanium that can only be mined in 1ml quantities that it's not possible to make enough to fill demand? Makes no sense to me from a business perspective to not stock the most popular items in higher quantities either.

I really don't get it, find it ridiculous and also wanted to vent

There was no in stock notification sent out. Beyond that there was over 400 bottles put up. It was listed for over a day.

If Don could get the stuff he would and it would always be there. He cannot get the stuff to make it in the rare case that he can get it its in very limited quantities. This is why hes discontinuing the flavor.

I don't believe I have ever seen you post here in BWB forum...sorry to hear you missed it.
This round of RY4 sat in stock for about 2 days..

Well I check the website when I want to buy something, obviously at those times the RY4 is out of stock.
I posted here originally in that long thread when I first discovered your juice and I believe you had just opened up the online store a month or two prior. As you can see I only have 130 some posts since 2010 so I'm not overly active in posting.

I'm sure you can understand I don't necessarily have time to constantly check your site and this forum just for an opportunity to make a purchase from you. It's not that important a priority in my life, but I do like the flavor [from what I can remember of it at this point] and it would be nice to be able to buy some.

Yeah, it wasn't a stock notification this time. I saw it in a newsletter though.
It couldn't have been more than 24 hrs since I received it and check to find it out of stock.
Also disheartening to hear stock notifications aren't going out when there's stock updated
Defeats the entire purpose of the feature. I guess I'm just out of luck and should just forget bout it altogether.

Well...I am sorry that you are at a loss for time to check in & see about our juices as often as you'd like, because since the last time you did check in, theres probably been 3 or 4 releases of the RY4, and there is always buzz in here when thats happening...guess its the luck of the draw when it comes to these last Ry4 releases that you have missed. It was stated early on that we no longer send out e-mails about them being in stock, you must have missed that too.This right here is a prime example of why we are no longer going to carry it anymore. Sorry again for this.

Well I knew about both of these being in stock and didn't order any mainly b/c I had just placed an order and couldn't afford it. I'd like to try them but I'm happy with Casablanca, Applewood and a few others. And let's face it, even if you did get to try it, you'd just be on here in a month or two with some similar .....ing about why it's not back in stock.

It is as simple as first come first serve. There a plenty of people that had never tried either flavor that got it this time. There are plenty of people that got it several times that always check the website yet missed out this time. There are some people that it is not "that important a priority" who missed out, but then again, it shouldn't really matter then?!

When I want something I do what I got to do to get it! Check back on the classifieds, maybe you will get lucky. But, if you check there it will have to become a priority!

All the hostility like this is the reason it is no more. A simple email to us would have gotten you further than the crying you are doing here. Besides the fact there was previous newsletters sent out that had this info about no more notifying of it and the discontinuation. It was also up on the site from Saturday till late yesterday so it was up for a total of 4 days solid.
