I accidentally ordered a bunch of VG only juices from Blue Mist, to try out. Unfortunately, these juices have made both my girlfriend and I sick. I started on them Monday night, when I got back from a trip. The next day I woke up to a bad sore throat, and started feeling ill, and slightly feverish. Coughing began that night, so I laid off the vaping, but eventually need drove me to try them again. I'm not sick anymore, but after another day of vaping, I have a bad itchy cough, lots of phlegm, and just a general feeling that something's not right at all about this formula. I have been vaping for over two months, first with cartomizers from V2, then I got a nice bunch of 80/20 juices from FreedomSmokeUSA, as well as a few vanilla cartomizers from Nhaler. None of them caused a reaction like this, in fact, quitting smoking was quite easy. I did have a bit of phlegm in the first week or so, but nothing serious, and no itchy cough like this.
I wouldn't be posting, as it might just be an individual reaction, but my girlfriend, who likes to take a few puffs from my e-cigs to try to the flavors, has also gotten a sore throat and started feeling run down and had a little bit of a cough tonight. She does take maybe 5-8 hits a night sometimes.
Anyway, I think it's widely known BlueMist is a little cheaper. So, caveat emptor...That said, the flavors are quite good. I just can't vape them. I'll have to stay on nicorette for a few days until I can get some new supplies...
