Really need some help

Sorry I dont understand all the abbreviations here yet. . Getting alot of great help . OK, Is the Ego another type ecig or what? I am alittle confused about this. If I get the Joye from Cignot or if I get the Ego from there too, I am in good shape? I would like a longer battery life. Guess I want to know the best package to get that has most of what i need in it. In order words,I need to start simple with this thing so I dont spend too much and am in the same shape I am in now. Dont mind spending another $100 right off if I need to. But I dont understand about the different batteries and what a passthrough is...Again I do appreciate you taking time to help me.

well, i got the joye ego and love love it. got it at Cignot and they are great. Bought 2 bottles of liquid thru Miss T's and it is fabulous. Have cut down to about 6cigs a day. Buth this will change soon. I want to stop smoking analogs all together. Now trying to figure out if i am filling the cartridges right, the best ones to buy. I got some with teabags and some with the poly fill. Would like to try the mega one but would like some feedback on this. Also what happens if you get the liquid in your mouth ls it bad for you or what? Oh, and can you describe dripping to me? Thanks again for all your help. Anyone wanting to buy my smoke everywhere set so i can get more supplies, liquids...will sell real cheap. I tried the liquid in it and it worked good, did not have to suck on it so hard. You guys are number one in helping other newbies....
