Rebranding confusion

When MigCigs markets their X-5 tank, is it really just a rebranded Kanger Protank Mini , and when they say it can only be used with their UFO v2 Dual coils, do they really mean it's compatible with the Kanger dual coils that I can get anywhere (for cheaper)?

I'm not trying to be snarky against MigCigs here, and it's a genuine question seeing as I'm only 98.43% certain I know the answer. Surely this kind of marketing is aimed at newbies to make them think they can only get this stuff from them. It's confusing to say the least and only lengthens and steepens the learning curve for someone like me.

I don't know for sure, but I think I read somewhere that Mig Cigs are manufactured by Kanger* so yeah, it would seem likely that it's either the exact same thing, or with some very tiny variation, and just with a different label pasted on it. From what I can tell from the pictures, they sure do look identical...

*Edit: Yeah, it even says on the box of coil heads, "Built by KangerTech." So yeah, probably identical, almost certainly interchangeable, unless they for some reason deliberately made them incompatible.
