I wanted to know if there is some kind of CARTO in that connection tha't can be rebuild?

The closest to a rebuildable atomizer for 808's that I know of is the CE4+, also called the Crystal Vision or I-Turbo. These are clearomizers, and they are designed to fit the iGo and Echo batteries. They will still fit a standard 808, but they will look funny because they are over-sized. The Echo version will hold about 0.5 ml of liquid. They have replaceable atomizer heads similar to the Vivi Nova, and some people have re-wicked them as well.

Some people have successfully disassembled, cleaned and reassembled cartomizers. There are Youtube videos for both.
