I guess this is as close to the right section as I can get. But I've been looking into ego visions and I am thinking about picking up 1 or 2 specifically for the juices which my boges can't handle too well. I am planning on rebuilding these to keep the costs down. I have a fairly good idea on how to do this, but the most confusing part of the process to me is wrapping the coil. What gauge wire must be used to get around 3 ohms? Does the resistance depend only on the gauge of the wire or also on the amount of coils? How many times should I wrap it and how tightly? I've never rebuilt an atty or carto, so I was also wondering if there is a highly recommended wicking material? I've seen regular fabric wicking material and also braided or meshed wicking material (if I recall correctly). Pros and cons of each? Most recommended for rebuilding a ego vision?
