I ordered some 18350 batts from Provapes. When I got the package out of the mailbox I noticed it had a tear in it. When I opened it and took out the batts, this is what they looked like.

I contacted Provape and provided the picture. This is the response I received

Hi Donna,
Oh my dear! It looks like USPS did not handle your order very well at all! I am so sorry about that. I will have shipping send you a new order in a box this time.
There are two o-rings of the same size on the ZAP and one that is slightly larger. The smaller o-rings are the ones used to secure the tank in place and the larger one is for the top cap seal.
Kindly,
Cecilia

An hour or so later I got an email that my order had shipped :D I'm just glad I didn't need the batts right away!

Oh... I asked about the zap o-rings because I took apart my zap to clean it today.. when I put it back together the top cap was extremely loose, unusable loose. I took it back apart and switched the o-rings and now it's secure (or as secure as it can be) again. I didn't realize that there was an o-ring specifically for the top cap and different ones for the tank part.

Wow! Didn't figure they'd replace it honestly. Do they include insurance on their shipping then?
Insurance is a waste for most etailers. The amount they'd spend in insurance is way more than the cost of the occasional mishap

If purchased by Credit Card the consumer is entitled to the goods or services that they contracted for.
So if an item arrives damaged the consumer is entitled to charge it back on his credit card. They should return the item though.

But in some cases they can require that the seller send a call tag.
