My order number is #100027100. I have tried to contact customer service but had no luck. I received the Eleaf melo rt 25, but have not received the Smok xcube ultra. The tracking number is telling me that it has been delivered. Is there another tracking number for the xcube that I did not receive? or is it not coming at all? Thanks,
