Aside from a very tiny scratch to the right of the OLED screen (in the groove area) the build quality is great, no internal battery rattling or anything like that. The only thing I'm really disappointed in is that the resin panel is NOT as bright/vibrant as they are shown to be online, the colors are more on the muted side (I got the Phthalo color scheme). I wish when companies displayed pictures of their devices, they would show them to look as they look in real life, without added lighting, but it's still nice, just not as popping as I assumed it would be.

The problem of photographs is a wide one.

The ladies in the household venturing in online shopping are getting much worse than a matte or bleak coloured device panel; they are getting some floor mops and dusting cloths made into clothing - instead of the silky sparkling shirts and gowns pictured in the sale.

Most of the pictures on vape websites have some small print, "Picture provided by the manufacturer" - that is (devil is in the) detail which should put you on maximum alert.

They know many buyers are purchasing a picture, and commit an epistemological fraud (i.e. visually replacing a reasoned convintion with an opinion) by publishing an enhanced - and much untrue - photograph of the item for sale.

My congratulations on your purchase of the Drag mini, I like this device very much.

There was a guy iirc who posted a while ago who had the same issue. He knew how to polish plastic and managed to make his look just like the picture. The result was really very nice. I assumed his problem was an anomaly, but if you’re getting it too it may be that the company polished the one in the sales material but is sending them out unpolished. That’s kind of a problem. In any case the guy posted a detailed how-to on polishing them. It’s around here somewhere.

It looks nice but I'm not going anywhere near that idea! I'll end up messing up some other part of the device and I'm not chancing it. This is something VooPoo should have done from the factory, I'm really shocked at this now. I still like my mod, don't get me wrong, but why don't people think about details before they release something?

I got my "red" kit today, the colors seem a bit more vibrant but definitely no polish finish or anything like that. Maybe the blues and white colors they use on the first one I ordered were just pale in nature compared to the second kit I ordered. I love these little guys though and am thrilled to finally get something out of China that I actually don't mind showing off to people. These are definitely a keeper!

One thing I have noticed, is that no two of the same mods are EVER exactly the same (not referring to the resin panels) but just in general. I've never owned two of the same mods before (at least anything from China) so I'm just now realizing this.

My Phthalo kit: The OLED display has more of a blue tint to it (I figured they were all like this and never noticed until)...

I received my Rhodonite kit yesterday: The OLED display has more of a white tint to it.

Not a big deal but still, WHY WHY WHY???

Here is a pic of two of them (not mine obviously) but I just found this doing a Google search: 2 Drag Minis and noticed the screen difference between them. One has a blue tint, the other has a white tint. Normal? Handcheck was posted yesterday! : Vaping
