Recent worries..

Hello Customers and Friends,

I wanted to talk about some issues arising on the forums about suppliers. I am not a member of the ECA at the moment I am waiting on more information to be available other than that I have to pay roughly x amount a year. I have been in touch with them and am waiting.

I AM already in the process of setting up lab testing done for my liquid, the results will be posted on my website. Most of you have visited the page at one time or another, go check again and see that there is and has always been a pre-page speaking about age, to address underage selling, also paypal alone is accepted so unless they have the help of a parent they can't buy using paypal, and thirdly and many of you will find out today, (and many of you found out last weekend) I call my clients. Saturday is my day to call clients and check in!

I will not deter this into a rant and won't tolerate it becoming such. I am not someone trying to stir trouble. I just do not want people thinking I am not a safe supplier. Everything we've made to this point has gone back into making the business safer and bigger, from different bottles to new caps coming in, to artwork with warning labels. We are doing and have done it.
I do not make any claims of my product in terms of use for quitting smoking or how smoking is cool, or I believe if you search all my pages, not even the word e-cig appears anywhere.

If your still worried about anything of mine, please feel free to send me a pm, email, call me, etc and I'll talk with you about it. If in the end you feel you can only order from some of the ECA members at the moment I'll understand.

Rob,
From what I saw on your site, I definitely have NO problem ordering from you, in fact have. While I think this ECA thing has good things going for it, (I do believe there is force in numbers) I am not going to be dictated to as to who I can and cannot buy from. Had enough of the you can't this and can't that with regular cigs. My main criteria is open and honest criteria, particularly that someone gives me a way to contact them besides just an order form on their website. You do this and that gives me a very safe feeling. I also understand you are just starting and putting your money back into the business and I hope you have a long and prosperous site. I will definitely be ordering from you in the future, ECA or no ECA.

Ditto... I don't know whats been said.. But, I just sent you an email praising the professionalism of your site...And how you have addressed most every concern that I have repeatedly been reading about on the boards for a while now...Job well done.. I cant wait to get my Taboo/Cool Rush! lol

Have those lab results come back? I can't seem to find it on your site.

The Lab that offered to do the testing is using it as a project for a grad class this coming semester, it was too late to start the testing last semester as the semester was half over when the offer was made. This liquid is from Dekang as is many suppliers, a few more processes have been put into place for my liquid at the flavoring stages and purifying stages. I will not only post the results on my site but will send them to everyone via email that wants them once they come in.

Rob: You remain one of the more transparent suppliers I have used. It is admirable that you do not hide behind a website and continue to stay on top of the e-liquid safety issues; something that is important to all of us. ECF membership is not a prerequisite to determining the fitness of a supplier I choose to deal with. Word of mouth remains the best stamp of approval. Keep up the good work. Now, how about some anchovy flavor? Surely there have been numerous similar requests for juice with essense of 'hairy fish' (that's what my wife calls them).

That's a little beyond even me, we did do a Chicken flavor, and a green bean flavor, they have gotten the reviews of being the correct taste, testers just don't know how they feel about dinner food flavors for a vape we'll probably carry it for a novelty liquid as well as a few other items, but fish...

call me self serving but I hate fish with a passion, so I don't think we'd do a good job as I would taste it the first time and say "yup that tastes like @#$#@" go ahead and produce it because that's what fish taste like.

I agree completely with everything you said, EXCEPT the anchovy thing. That is just gross! LOL

You guys are doing a great job. The only thing that would improve your image with me...is if ya told me the secret ingredients in "Taboo!" LOL

Seriously, I love that stuff, but I have yet to find a pre-made RY4 juice that I can vape.
There is something "just right" with "Taboo!"

Glad you like it, but if we give you the secret, you'd have to come work for us and cut out your tongue. But think of it, is it worth it??? You'd be surrounded by bottles of it !!!
