recomendations

hi everyone,
I was looking for some suggestions for my first e cig.
I smoke 10 to 15 a day and want a e cig that gives a hit on the back of the throat mainly. Nothing too pricey but a good place to start.
Also if someone could explain the terminology used that would be great,

Hi Andrew, I don't own one but maybe look at the ego. I bought something a bit bigger that will keep it's charge for long weekends away. I have tried a friends and it is as good as mine but just needs recharging more frequently and can't hold as much juice/e-liquid. I think I will get one though just for the ease of putting it in your pocket and popping into town.

Honestly the throat hit mainly comes from the eliquid or "juice". I vape 18mg and it's a good TH for me. Anything over is too much...for me. I would try 18mg. I smoked 1 pack of newports per day for 12 years.

As for the juice holder, that adds to TH as well. A low resistance cartomizer would hit harder than a standard cartomizer.

It's a lot of info on this forum. I would say as your first time , get an ego 1100 mah kit. Google will show you some vendors. That will provide good Battery life. Buy Boge LR cartomizers. They will provide good TH. as for juice, you have to try places to see what flavor you prefer. I like pink spot, juicy vapor, vapor4life. 18mg might be a good nicotine level to try.

I agree with Viola, an ego/Riva kit is the way to go.

I'd go with an ego battery a pack of carto's and whatever juice takes your fancy!

i had a look at some riva ego kits and they come with atomizers. Are cartomizers better?

Cartomizers are easier really Andrew, just get your first fill right and
you're away . . . if you can't find a kit that contains them, then it's worth
picking up a pack of Boges whilst you're about it.

Your atomisers will come in handy for testing juice flavours so they won't
be wasted.


I'd try an 18mg juice.
