Picked up the FT Hades all SS. To run it I bought the Sony 26650s. I can't imagine how big this mod is going to be as these batteries are freakin' huge. Or as you know up here in RI/MA we say "wicked lodge"

HAHAHAH! Yup. That's great. Wicked lodge indeed. That is good to know bc I didn't think the 26650 mod/batts appeared all that much lodga in product photos alone. Care to snap a photo of a 26650 next to an 18650?
That Sony caught my eye too by the way. Specs are impressive.
I have the seven-22 in regular use and waiting on the hades to get back in stock at the vape shop.
For charger the nitecore i4 does charge 26650's but it takes FOREVER. Like 5-6 hours from 3.4v - 3.5v drained with only one battery on the charger. I'm waiting on the XTAR VP II to actually come out this week. That is going to be my go to charger due to its faster charging ability.
As far as batteries I have 2 sony26650VT's and 3 MNKE 3500 mahs. My buddy let me play with the hades for a day. Basic multimeter testing off of the charger for 2x of each battery being drained down to all the way to 3.6v. It's almost the same as the sony vs mnke 18650 debate.
First test was same dual coil trident v2 28 gauge microcoils at .4 ohms. The voltage drop was tested on the hades and battery life was tested on the seven-22. I did six tests apiece on the same hades mod for voltage drop. The sony wins by .27 on voltage drop consistently.
Then I put the trident on the seven-22 and tested battery life. One at a time the batteries were tested at 22 watts counting the amount of times I could hit the 10 second cutoff with each one before it drained to 3.6v. Both of the MNKE's won by a landslide.
It took 1224 / 1197 10 second cutoff Vapes to drain the Sony's. The MNKE's took 1632 / 1564 to drain to 3.6v.
