Hey guys i just picked up my Pulse 80w with a Gas Mods G.R.1, the G.R.1 although nice i shouldnt have purchased it as i like 810 drip and this thing has literally burned the inside of my lips. I Like a fuller drag and i feel this tank is too restrictive as i like to vape 0.14 to 0.12 ohms

I have a Dead Rabbit rda Dual Coil and LOVE IT, along with the Drop rda.

Will the single coil Rabbit SQ give me the same experience?

I realize my RDAs as f now are probably to big to give me the same experience with one coil.

You know with a squonking RDA you can only vape whats on the wick since all the excess juice is evac'd back to the tank. Most of us squonkers are flavor chasers, without retaining juice in the well cloud chasing is not as impressive.

Edit: The Pulse 22 comes to mind with its large wick and well capacity. You also have to match the ohms and wattage to the absorption of the wick to the coil.

The GR1 comes with the restricted airflow adapters installed. You can swap them out for the wide open adapters and it is much less restricted. They also sell 810 style drip tips for it, the outside diameter of them is more like an 810 drip tip, but the inside diameter of the hole is still 510 sized which helps with flavor. That should stop the burning.

The pulse 22 and the blitz ghoul could be more like what you are looking for.

the 24mm cap for the Gr1 takes 810 drip tips and with the largest size airflow tubes thingys (or maybe don"t use them at all) you should notice alot more air flow

Do you mean 0.12 to 0.14 ? if that is the case build closer to 0.3-0.4 ....small chamber atties don't like huge builds (usually).....also the wotofo nudge 22mm is about as airy of a single coil squonk ready atty nI have found ...great flavor for what it is and the air flow is right at the coil (unlike DR SQ) and you don"t have super long inefficient wicks (DR SQ and pulse 22)

My favorite single coil squonkers are currently the Nudge 22 and the Recurve. Both are GREAT for squonking.

The airflow on the Recurve is a bit more restrictive than the Nudge 22 (using the large airflow cap on the Nudge), but the airflow is ridiculously smooth on the Recurve. They both provide plenty of airflow for me. The Recurve just has smoother airflow.

If you are looking for a 22mm, then the Nudge 22 should fit the need for you. If you don't mind a 24mm, then the Recurve would be my next option. The Recurve still looks somewhat smaller than a standard 24mm RDA since the deck is essentially a 22mm deck, it just has the thick walled, curved top cap.

I'm really torn between the two of them, they are both a great vape. If I had to choose just one of them, I would probably go with the Recurve. It is a heavy RDA though, due to the thick top cap. The Nudge is nice for use with a mod that either needs or looks better with a 22mm RDA.

I've used both on the Pulse 80w, and it either one is great. For the Pulse 80w, I would choose the Recurve if you aren't worried about a heavier RDA on a relatively light device.

The flavour is great only with prebuild coil IMHO. Careful. sometimes its spitback

Try Entheon SXK or Wotofo's new release "Recurve RDA"

I plan on throwing in a 0.25 alien in the wasp when it comes, alot of people have been mentioning the Recurve and Pulse 22 also. I'll check them out also

Anyone know where I can find a Pulse 22mm RDA ???
Most places are sold out and don't seem to be restocking.

Brad's has them in stock @ 29.99. Looks like only the SS and red though. I've ordered from them several times and never had any issues. I may pick up a spare myself, they seem to be getting harder to find and it's a great squonk RDA.
