Since I'm n00b, I don't even know if the tank by itself makes any differences in flavor & vapor

The carto itself is what is going to effect the flavor and vapor production. The tank itself isn't going to matter in that regard. That being said, so far I'm really happy with my IBTanked carto tanks.

I did a demo with one of my pride Phiniac tanks, at the shop one day. Took it off the SB and threw it against the wall. Dented the wall but the tank itself was untouched. Superb Product. I've got a lot of IB tanks also and really like em. Only problem is they don't offer the colors like they use too. Kinda bums me out but still a great Product. Won't take what the Phiniac will but works great and don't slip on the carto's. Just got my first Privi by Kir Fanis. Sorry for spelling. Came from Gr modders. It's not Pyrex glass but the look is simple beautiful. Got the one that fits the Provari. Quality is nothing but perfect. So much so that I ordered 2 more. Wait and shipping time is a killer though.

I just ordered an economy valley view vapes (VVV) tank as well due to many glowing reviews. Sure I would like to have a phiniac or IBtanked cartotank but for the money you can't beat VVV. Looks like they have some tremendous values on their tanks and quite a range of product selection. Grommet tanks, endcap tanks, polypro, pyrex, with and without sidefill screw/plug. Plus you can get different color grommets, orings, caps, screws, etc.

Looks like Ray has a bunch of winners on his hands.

I have several of the VVV economy tanks and absolutely love them. Not the prettiest tank out there, but in terms of durability, leak-proof design, and ease of use, it's a winner for a lot less than most other tanks. The oldest one I have is nearly 9 months old, has seen very heavy usage, been dropped more times than I can recall, but looks and works just as good as the ones that arrived last week (had to celebrate VVV being open again by placing an order). Plus Ray is tops when it comes to customer service.

Ah so it's people like you that delay us VVV-newbies from getting our first tanks :) I'm (impatiently) waiting for my first but likely not last tank from them. He's (VVV) about an hour drive from where I live...wonder if he needs some additional help on the weekends!

Well, I probably shouldn't mention that I put in a second order since VVV re-opened. But, in my defense, only 2 of the 5 I ordered yesterday are for me -- the rest are a gift for a friend who's been having the worst time with some cheapo tanks he picked up from Fasttech. Friends don't let friends use crappy tanks!

By the by, the juice bottles from Quantum Vapor have a stubby plastic tip that has a much better flow rate than a conventional metal needle tip and fits perfectly in the fill hole of the VVV tanks (and yes, I know that sounds really bad...)

Granted, I've been buying all my juice from Quantum mainly because I love their flavors and the ability to create my own mixes, but it's a nice perk that they work so well with the VVV tanks.

Since I'm n00b, I don't even know if the tank by itself makes any differences in flavor & vapor but my Smoktech Pyrex DCT has very little window (pyrex glass) so when I pour juice in, it gets little hard time to time. I've heard about Cirrus tanks, Kanger tanks. I don't think the tank makes any changes as long as they are all pyrex glass (doesnt get cracked when certain juice is being used..?) but I need extra tank anyways to switch the flavors. (right now I only have one with Halo Tribecca...nasty stuff...real nasty..) Recommend me some good tanks. Thanks in advance

The is a HUGE difference between using a carto tank and a protank....it's not just the Pyrex, its the delivery system as well. I use a kanger protank, cigtechs Tatroe tank with protank coil, and a smoktech Pyrex DCT. There is a huge difference between the pt/Tatroe vs DCT

The VVV premium tanks look fantastic. They cost a little more than the economy tanks, but it's well worst the few extra dollars.

Here is one sitting on top of my silver Bam.

I am enjoying my "new to me" Lil Mama and Rapid Tank that i grabbed off the classifieds. They are nice.
I had purchased a Big Daddy XL cartotank for my daughter to use on her AltSmoke BB mod. She returned it to me because she couldn't remove the cartomizer to exchange it. It is indeed stuck, but I haven't had a chance to see if I can force it out, perhaps with a SYM tool.

She's a new vapor, and I have since given her some Protanks and Evods to use (easier for a noob to fill and use). I'd like the ProTanks back for myself, though.
