Recommendations for eLiquid manufacturers that don't require (much) steeping?

Note: For those who prefer the executive summary, I've highlighted my question in blue at the end for your convenience.

Evening all. I'm new to vaping - and by new I mean literally a week. My first order was with Halo, and after falling in love with vaping I then placed orders with Volcano, Vapor Fi and Mt Baker to sample different manufacturers and flavors.

This led me to a conundrum. The Halo and Volcano eliquids both tasted amazing right away. The Vapor Fi tasted real bad, and after some internet searches saw that they were supposed to taste real bad because I hadn't steeped them first. Being new and impatient, I had a minor debacle with my crock pot and some "speed steeping," and believe I may have ruined the Vapor Fi; at least I know it's my fault and not theirs. Mt Baker has explicit instructions on their blog for steeping their eLiquids, so they're sitting in my cabinet at present.

Since the Halo and Volcano flavors all tasted perfect as soon as I got them, I assumed I must not need to steep their eLiquids (or at least not for very long). Obviously the Mt Baker and Vapor Fi do, and I'm looking forward to trying their eLiquids next month... But for right now, when I'm new and giddy over all of these wonderful flavors and an awesome new hobby, I wanted to see if anyone could provide recommendations for manufacturers whose eLiquids require minimal steeping while I'm waiting for the others to get yummy. If anyone's familiar with the Dallas area or national chains and is able to recommend a shop that sells them presteeped, that works too.

Thanks so much for your time!

Juice is all subjective, of course...eye of the beholder and all that.

For me, I think Nicoticket and Vapor Chef juices are superb and can be vaped right out of the mailbox. They are more on the premium, expensive side of things. For inexpensive juice that doesn't need much (if any) steeping, I like ITCVapes. I don't like to steep if I don't have to, but when I need to I use the warm water method mentioned above.

Thanks for the recommendation! I was afraid to use the microwave because I'd read about bad things happening to nicotine at high heat. Since I can't pop popcorn without it burning, I thought I should stay away. But I didn't realize that microwaving the water first and then putting the juice in would be alright. Oh and you are correct about the crock pot. Especially because I had to wash the dust off first...

Two follow up questions if you don't mind:
1. Since you make your own juice (I'm not there yet, don't think at least), in your opinion could your method still be applied to juices bought online?
2. How long do you leave them in the bath, and how do you know if you need to repeat the process?

Thanks to you too for the brand recommendations, I'll check out all of them. I wouldn't be surprised if I stick with the brands that don't require much steeping, simply because I don't tend to be very patient with my online shopping. On the other hand, it couldn't hurt to get an ITCVapes order just to try more things, especially since they'd be ready about the same time as the Mt Baker's.

Until you think youre ready for the diy juice way of living id try shaking the hell out of your bottles every time you pick them up lol, theres even loads of places that dont make your juice when you order it so chances are the bottles have been sitting around on a shelf long enough for the flavor to mix in but the coffee mug method really is key to success.

Oh damn i feel like a idiot thankfully theres a "edit post" button lol! So i actually can say Fuzion Orphan Tears tastes pretty good right away as well as Mt Baker Admiral Crunch

If the eliquid tastes good to you as soon as you get it, then continue vaping and don't worry about steeping. If you think it needs a little something, then steep it. This is all about how you perceive the flavor, not anyone else. We have had flavors from various vendors that we enjoyed as soon as we got them, despite recommendations to steep.

We have not tried speed steeping. We usually steep just by putting the eliquids in a dark place and checking them every few days or so.

Don't forget to shake the bottles well before filling or topping off your tank or carto.

We have enjoyed eliquids from Mt. Baker Vapor, VaporBomb, The Vapor Room, Killer Juice, Seattle Vapors, ITC Vapes. Vape Wild, and The Broke Smoker. All have a good variety of flavors, reasonable pricing and shipping charges, good customer service, and good turnaround time on orders. Sign up for newsletters or "Like" on Facebook to keep on top of deals and coupon codes.

Have fun.

This +10.

Steeping is sooo overhyped and overrated...

Unless you DIY or use freshly extracted NETs, just vape your juice as soon as it arrives! Flavors do change a bit over time--they may become better, but they also may become much worse if not unvapeable!

Happy vaping!

Wow, I do see a lot of NicoTicket around here. I took a look at their site and almost all of the flavors look appealing to me. I guess their small size prevented me from seeing them in my Google searches, so I'm glad I asked here! I can't wait to try them!

You're going to love Nicoticket! I've tried different vendors (and have one other favorite) but when I finally tried Nicoticket I was hooked immediately. So far, I've tried about 5-6 flavors from Nicoticket and they were ALL delicious right outta the mailbox. I was so greedy that I couldn't wait out the steeping process. It's the best I've tasted and I did not steep any in the beginning. Give 'em a try -- you won't be sorry :)
