Hi Doris,
Congrats on the 8 months with the same gear! If you are looking for something small that will feed you liquids, you might want consider the battery unit doing it, rather than the atomizer.
I'm pretty impressed with the Rio Mods (or any of the other bottom feed mods that include a bottle to feed liquid to the bottom of the atomizer).

Not cheap, and I can't say I've used one, however... a few experienced people in my local vaping social group have one and they love the bottom feeder and small size of the Rio Mini (one female with small hands loves her Rio Mini and has put away the Ego Tanks and GoGos for it!! It's small at Height: 3-1/8", Width: 1-1/2", Depth: 3/4" and pretty much hides in the hand). I've checked them out in person and they're impressive and I think you'd be surprised how quick you adapt to holding it. You can read more about them on the forum and get more info on the website that sells them
reosmods.com and it will work with the 510 atomizer you are used to already.
Another option could be as simple as just purchasing a few 510 cartomizers to take along in the car and have filled and stashed for emergencies. They're quite portable and do usually work well. It's my understanding that Boge makes some of the best working ones and you have the option of going with a Low Resistance (LR) which will give you some great vapor on the batteries you already have. Problem with cartos is they can burn the filler if you vape them slightly dry... A great comparison on cartomizers is Don's page on them:

If you find cartomizers interesting, but want something larger... The GoGo cartomizers hold lots of liquid to vape for almost a full day (3ml) and have a 1300 mAH battery which should last you all day. This is a good option if you spend lots of time driving and can't drip. It's proprietary, so won't work with any of your existing 510 gear (or much else other than getting an adapter and using a KR808 cartomizers on the batteries). I've bought one, but have had limited success in getting my liquids to wick right (need to be a bit thinner for the carto filler I think). It's been frustrating... but when it works, it's pretty nice not to have to mess with dripping and filling a cartridge when I'm in the car and they're disposable (though some people tear them apart, clean the filler and rebuild/refill them). The large size makes it easy to add liquid to it by dripping down the side of the tube, and I find I only have to do that once a day. Here is one website that sells the GoGo (and also 510 cartomizers)

Sometimes it's best to stay with what you know works for you (I'm still using the same atomizer models that I started with over 2 years ago (302 penstyle and 510) even though I've tried every model and carto out there pretty much). I've tried the tanks and cartos out there that are new... and I've decided that they still have a ways to go before I'll dive in and try them again (I want to see more glowing reports of use for longer than a week! LOL). Issues with wicking properly, burning fillers and being fiddly keeps me from buying any more of them though some seem promising. I've decided to keep an eye on the forum and reviews. Technology is changing quickly for these.
The best way to make a decision about new gear is to see it in person. If you have a local social group that you can join, seeing models and talking to those who use them can be very cost effective and keep you from making mistakes. I've had social group members give me a model to use for a few weeks to see how I like it (so far, I haven't bought any of those I've taken home to try). Finding a local supplier to visit can also be a good way to go. Most have models you can try out and will tell you the pros and cons if you ask.
You also might want to check the ECF Classified section to save some money. You can post a WTB (Wanted to Buy) for anything that you decided to try out, and of course, check the ads posted by members for gently used or new and never used mods, attys and cartos.

I hope I've helped give you some options to consider. Good to have you back in the forum Doris. I remember you.
Happy Vaping!
