Hi all.

Following is a list of items I'm about to order from South Africa, minus the liquids. If you have any recommendations on what I should change or add (from the available items), please let me know. Thanks in advance!

- Ordering from outside Africa isn't an option for me, so ordering from eciggies: eCiggies Electronic Cigarettes Vaporizers e-Liquid Liqua eLiquid HCG
- Looking for a setup that will last me a while
- Test unit(s) which friends* can use to see if they want to switch to vaping (*existing smokers)

2 x EVOD Starter Kit (eCiggies EVOD Starter Kit - BLACK)
4 x CE5 (Changeable Coil Clearomizer) (out)
2 x EVOD Clearomizer (EVOD Clearomizer - BLACK)
6 x CE5 Replacement Coil (out)
1 x Monster Battery + Easy eVic Head + Adapter (Monster Battery + Easy eVic Head + Adapter)
1 x joyetech Manual Pass Thru Battery (JoyeTech Manual Pass Thru Battery - Upgrade (eGo / EVOD))

4 x KangerTech PRO TANK Glassomiser Kit (in)
6 x KangerTech PRO TANK Replacement coil (in)

Thank you!

Leave out the CE5's. They are top feed. Very old technology. The Evod and protank mini are much better. On the EVOD and Protank Mini you can change out the coil without emptying it. The Evod and Protank are the least likely to give you dry hits too. The coils are interchangeable between them too. The Evod coils are less airy than the Protank but you can interchange them.

Personally I like the CE5's and dislike the protank, but I admit I am in a minority on the forum.

Good thing with getting a protank as well as the EVODs is the heads are interchangeable. If you prefer a cooler airier vape, the protank is the way to go.

Seems like a solid starter kit, don't know much about that battery, and I agree with train2 above, spinners or twists might be a better option if available.

Thanks again!

They do have the Spinner and Twist available. What attracted me to the Monster-thingy is that I could get replacement batteries (2600mAh Samsung Battery) in any decent electrical shop where I live, without having to order (and wait :p).

That's a really important point. It's 400 Rand, (which is about $40 I think) so if that is the reason, then go for it. Maybe (just maybe) throw a spinner in there as a backup?

Don't forget the the diet drops now...

I didn't even realize that was a tube for an 18650.
From reading about that "Monster," I still have 2 questions:
1) Is it really variable voltage, or just "high" and "low" - it sounds like you get just two voltage choices... which may be kind of limiting, whereas the spinner or twist have more stops along the way to let you get the vapor just right
2) That kind of battery requires a separate charger, which I do not see included. Unless you already have a charger for the 18650 batteries...

Just so you know what you're getting!

That battery charges in the tube like an eVic.
