... cold, dead hands and all that. I have my iolite, and my e-cigs, they can't touch my ability to vaporise. Besides, there are ways to get a TH without nicotine. If not now, in the future. There will always be alternatives, should we really believe that a nic type TH cant be synthetically recreated?
As far as I am concerned, let them try their best. They will always be second best to the 'supply for demand' culture.

But, honestly, I think caffeine would just complicate matters. Too many loose threads, and a seamstress will just bag the whole project.

There are people who say that vaping popularity is so large that nobody could legitimately do anything about it. On the contrary, people who can't be "controlled" can easily be labeled "criminal" instead; with just a stamp on a piece of paper. It's a touchy path to say the least.

I have also read in a local paper that black market cigarettes are showing up in Wisconsin though I can't find an online version. The paper called it unregistered cigarettes sold by unlicensed dealers. They took a long way around to not say the words BLACK MARKET

Unregistered cigarettes sold by unlicensed dealers Priceless

I try so hard (tongue in cheek) to be Politically Correct. I have to remember not to use the phrase "Black Market" any more because some "Unlicensed dealers" might find the phrase offensive.

With 2,000,000 vapors it will be hard to suppress us. We keep getting more converts every day. There is a caveat in the law that allows the FDA to back off if they think a product will thrive in the Black Market. And something tells me that one will develop immediately should Big Pharma/FDA ban the e-liquids. Americans are resourceful if nothing else!
