This. I mean, how can anyone even think about making legal decisions that will affect millions of people, without even trying to get a grasp on the subject, is beyond me...


A lot of kids, with a simple computer and internet connection, seem to gather more reliable information while doing a school presentation than the people who are coldly deciding our future - behind closed doors

No insult intended to cats anywhere. Rather the reverse; the insult was aimed in the opposite direction.

(I frequently compare cats to people, as in "I like most cats more than I like most people.")

ETA: Upon reflection, though, I can see how using "cats" and "EU Commission" in the same sentence could be viewed as insulting to cats. I shall not do it again...
