I ordered a Red Dragon last Wednesday and it arrived first thing this morning. The shipping was fast and they gave me a fedex tracking #.

I ordered the 8 piece set. The two batteries came precharged.
Its essentially an extremely realistic looking supermini. If you're looking for something that looks as close as possible to an analog cigarette then this is it.

I ordered high and medium marlboro nicotine carts.

Pro: GREAT vapor production. Very impressed with the amount of vapor it produces.

Con: For me, absolutely zero, zip, nada throat hit. Like I said, a boat-load of vapor but didn't feel/taste a thing.

batteries lasted me about 3-4 hours with fairly consistent vaping through the course of the day and would recharge in about 2 hours.

I'll give it a few more days to grow on me, but for now I think I'll be returning it well within the 30 day money back period.

Thanks for your review Providence --I have always contended that throat hit goes to the e-liquid. Are you returning it because of the throat hit or another reason?? Thanks -Sun
Returning it because of the lack of throat hit. As far as I can tell you can't refill a Red Dragon cart because the atomizer and cart are one and the same. Each cart contains an atomizer so I can't figure out a way to refill it with some other liquid.

Hello, i have been smoking for 10 years and in January this year decided enough is enough and bought a electronic cigarette from 'The Electronic Cigarette Company (UK) Ltd.' White Super (10cm) E.Cig Starter Kit
but only sometimes am i happy with it. I didnt really do any research when i bought it and only got it because it looks like a real one. I find that 1 cart only lasts 2 or 3 cigs and then no smoke. Can anyone help me advise me on whats the best out there? Id love to have better vapour/smoke and a flavour but i dont want messy liquids to have to mess around with.. i did like the reviews of the janty kissbox but i dont want to be stuck on my usb charger with it - anyone able to advise what ones to go for?

FOr what it's worth, I'd agree about the lack of throat hit. But it does vary from flavor to flavor. I got the best from coffee, tobacco, and menthol, and virtually none from chocolate, vanilla, or cherry.

That's interesting. I got a big throat hit from cherry and it was actually a bit too harsh for me. I wasn't a fan of the cherry flavor though (tasted like chapstick).

After a week of trying it on and off I will say that I am still highly impressed with its vapor production and length of its carts. Batteries aren't bad for a supermini either.
The throat hit has gotten better as I've gotten used to it. I do detect a slight hit now. However, its still no match for a 901 throat hit but I do actually detect a throat hit now when I use it.

I've used both Marlboro and Regular Tobacco carts and can't really tell the different between them.
I think they may have given me a menthal or cherry cart with the e-cig as I can slightly detect some kind of flavor with the cart that came attached to the battery.

At this point, I may actually end up keeping it as my "public e-cig" to avoid stares from others...

Red dragon e-cig + dripping Johnson Creek Tennessee Cured e-liquid = ridiculous vapor and power throat hit

Oh, and I did get my replacement battery from red dragon and a new charger and it's thus far holding up pretty well. I didn't think I would but I find myself using the red dragon more than my 901 so far.

How do you drip the Red Dragon since the battery and atomizer are all one piece and how long does the battery/atomizer last before needing replaced? Thanks.

The battery and atomizer aren't one piece. The atomizer and cartridge are one piece. And to refill you pop out the white stopper at the mouth end, and drip onto the rolled up fabric inside, trying to avoid the wire in the center.

There's a different brand of disposables with the atomizer and battery as one piece. But I haven't tried that one yet.

Hello,

I am new to the forum but wanted to share some info I found out today about the Red Dragon and the Bloog.

On the Bloog site they have online support so I connected with an operator just to ask a few questions.

First question was, if your product has a patent then why is it exactly like a Red Dragon, are the two of you the same company?

The answer was they are not the same company but I was told the cartridges are completly compatiable with each other.

This is good to know because you can buy the battery at Red Dragon cheaper and you can buy bulk cartridges at Bloog for less.
